@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk Watching games on BT Ultimate with bt broadband and it still goes off 3 or 4 times every match. Highly recommend not to switch to BT. Their WiFi is terrible too. Complained loads & they just try and sell you the WiFi disc for loads of money. Stay away.

@bt_uk every time I try to look at BT deals I get "Hi Joel. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us." I am logged in with my active customer account, this is very annoying :/

@bt_uk The aerial was installed by your installer, not been touched since. Goes off often on BtSports which is streamed? So can’t be signal. Also, Mrs has noticed it goes off same time, several times, whilst watching itv every night

@bt_uk Yes. The bot detected a problem and tried to fix it but the broadband is still not working. I then got a recorded message and a text saying an engineer would be sent out on the 14 Dec.

@bt_uk have ordered fibre2 broadband so I could get the gift card MasterCard... However, online account says fibre2 and unable to change it... CS won't help as not yet active, does this mean I won't get the gift card?
