    @bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

    @ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @virginmedia Ha, not unless u can help me get out of my #virginmedia broadband contract? I'd like to switch to @bt_uk please. For past week, my street (N8 0AS), has had either no, or v slow internet and total denial by @virginmedia that there's an ongoing issue. & don't suggest that I call!

    @bt_uk Still no service at all after 6 days, no solution provided by @bt_uk, just continually shifting the ETA of service resumption. Only alternative was to upgrade, which is a pretty useless solution. #BTbroadband #BTdown

    @bt_uk I reported it - thank you - they say my line is fine but I am still getting very slow internet speeds - I hope that it is because up grades are being done in the area to improve connectivity
