@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@JasonSykes @bt_uk The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
