    My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

    @bt_uk Another month, another charge for a call that was never made. No phone plugged in but apparently I ring the talking clock at least once a month. I have sent a message with details 😡

    @EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @bt_uk Hi. This has already been done. Openreach said the line is severed. They said BT will fix this but you won't come and look until Tuesday and then you need to apply for nthe council to give a permanent for temporary traffic lights. We may have no connection for weeks

    @bt_uk @ClndrHj BT Broadband not working in KT173BX as the pole has fallen off. Have registered the issue but the engineers just keep sitting in their vans. We’re told that temporary 4G access will be provided but no luck so far

    Hey @bt_uk Broadband is down for my entire village but when neighbours call you, they were just asked to restart their hubs? We think a line is down to the village after the storm rather than just a household problem.
