I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

As usual, I check with a member of staff on BT chat guarenteeing me they will call... they have not. This is honestly the worst customer experience.
