  Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

  @sadaplays @bt_uk The internet shoud be treated as a utility. For obvious reasons, especially 2020 reasons. I have the same issue with comcast being the only option in my area. It's a monopoly.

  @sadaplays @bt_uk Every time I had to ring them I had to explain the initial problem then the mistakes the previous 5 phone support operators made in order to get anything done. Better off mo ing dude, don’t let them tie you down in another contract.

  @bt_uk Its not an order its an upgrade. Its now a complaint being dealt with by a manager, well 2 managers now. They call twice a week to give me an update but the update is that there is no update. Its really unbelievable.
