    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

    @bt_uk ne33 4da area one of your telephone masts wire boxes hasn’t got a cover on it and birds are pecking at the exposed wires, it’s causing issues with my talk talk phone

    @bt_uk I would like to know why I paid late fee payment, but for after 15 day of upgrade to 900MB I still with 300MB🤔. I had 2 BT people coming out and didn t resolve the problem.

    @bt_uk Yes EE. Reasons ro cancel. In the one day I used it. Tv on WiFi dropped out. WiFi connection lost on phone and difficulty connecting. Rang EE support, no problem with phone. Then problem report of alarm system using WiFi. That along with poor customer service.

    Hello @BritBox_UK and @bt_uk. Can you please fix the issues watching Britbox through BT TV. Everything stalls after one chime of the Britbox logo. No issues at all on the app, can watch anything I want.

    @bt_uk unbelievable service yet again from BT. We could have had fibre from the outset but they didn’t look at properly. Now they can’t order it because our previous order is open on their system! We were told it would close on 24th, 27th then 29th now 30th. Disgusting service!
