    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

    Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph @philipjansen806 @agcolehamilton Absolutely appalling that BT can treat a man of 83 by changing his Broadband and calling plans several times without his knowledge/agreement, then hitting him with two charges for calls for £144.60 and then £103.60!!!!

    @bt_uk Broadband off again and our landline extensions are not working since the engineer upgraded the master socket. He didn’t tell us it would take out the other sockets when he did this and only just realised. Clearly an intermittent fault here not resolved
