    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk The text service just offers to book an enginer really all the other steps I've done randomly goes off at 1 in the morning surely ain't a fault on the line

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @btsport I am having a lot of trouble watching the BT Sport App on my Samsung TV using the TV app. I do not have the same problem on my 2nd JVC TV so we can draw some conclusions from this. I have a large house so I have an Eero mesh wifi system. I have a full fibre internet . .

    @bt_uk recently bought one of your baby monitors and the sound went really quiet after 2 days. Clearly being picked up via the app but not on the monitor. On further reading this is a known issue that has been going on for over 2 years. This product needs recalling.

    @bt_uk Load balancing with draytek router and it's dropping onto BT everytime virgin falls over which is about 20 times since installation yesterday. Spoke to virgin support and they say it can up to 48hrs to "gel" never heard such bs in my life.
