@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk warning to everyone. BT can disconnect your broadband for no reason. 24 hrs now. 3 1/2 on the phone and 5th advisor tonight. Blind transfer everytime. Disgraceful service

@bt_uk Your service is the very definition of broadband nightmares, we went 62 days with total loss of service before we finally cancelled our contract. Knock on the door today saying our service should be up and running (71 days later).

@bt_uk has never experienced such inadequacies from a provider. Two weeks without broadband, insufficient service for support paid for, no communication regarding issues, endless hours on the phone to customer service, products delivered to incorrect addresses. Don’t recommend.
