@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk Absolutely horrendous service. Re-arranged the afternoon to be in for engineer who’s not showed up. Call centre then hung up on the dot of 8pm despite being on hold for what feels like forever. In the meantime I’m still paying for WiFi that’s not working for a third week.

@bt_uk Hi. It’s my office internet. Not there again till Tuesday so will check then. It was awful last week - the BT hybrid connect couldn’t even cope with filling in the void periods when the internet went down. So frustrating when you’re trying to work especially as new router etc.
