The Shire (@AskTheShire) reported from Salford, England@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.
