Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
