Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup
