    Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

    @bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

    @ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @MartinSLewis £53.99 fibre halo 1 & line rental with BT. Speeds awful, takes 10 mins to connect every morning for work. BT says it is fine. Our report says not. Next door's BT connection fine-they have an extra bar+ in MY house. Goodness knows what they have to pay for that @bt_uk ?

    @nsdesign @btbusinesscare @SkyHelpTeam I don't think Openreach have a network to speak of. They simply deliver your broadband to the exchange where your ISP takes over.

    Oh @BTCare just how bad can you be? First I get a text to say my fault has been cleared. A text message. A fault for over 3 months and I get a text. Worse still the fault hasn’t been cleared. Why not call the customer to check?! And second, the real cherry on the cake..... 1/2

    @bt_uk It'd be far more secure if you had customers contact you by logging into our BT accounts via your website. That way even if someone DID steal a device, they might still not be able to validate any of the accounts on it without knowing the login details.

    BT shamble continues - 4th installation date planned for 1-6pm yesterday. Remain in house nobody arrives despite txt to say will be with me shortly ! Can’t even get to speak to Operations Manager or lodge a complaint @bbcradioulster @bbcthe oneshow @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I myself am with Sky. They have been absolutely superb... exemplary customer service and attention. I’m afraid that unless you can sort this today and stop fobbing mum off, the contract will be cancelled and a new one with Sky established.
