  @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  @bt_uk Having a really poor experience with the switch to Digital Voice. Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. A thread 1/2

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.
