When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@KarkinosSolar @bt_uk Never had an issue with talk talk, I did a bit of research aswell and alot of people say there the best gaming Internet provider... I was quoted 45mpg on there fiber but I sit around 80+ with no drop off. Might be worth having a look.. I only pay £23 a month aswell

@bt_uk I’m sorry I don’t think you can help I spoke to cancellations and although it’s an error ,it’s irreversible and I have to phone tomorrow to start up the contract again Been a customer for 50 years There was no warning until today when an email advised me how to send the hub bac
