@btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

@bt_uk Hi. Sorry. Had to pop out. The problem has never been from exchange to router. Someone suggested radio interference causes the dropouts. Thanks for sending another disc. I have used the app to position before.
