This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
