Nobody knows whatโs going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
