As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @juliesm75049629 @bt_uk They wont let others report a fault to me, I have life threatening conditions being investigated and they know this 8 days now I live remote no neighbours they say Thursday, the sent engineer last Wednesday but he never fixed it, Fri I got message saying told them fixed, its NOT

    @bt_uk @juliesm75049629 8 days and still no land line , internet on and off and very slow, They know I am vunerable but yet still not fixed, why assume we have mobile phones as I cany afford one, I think you should givevunerable a mobile incase you want to take weeks to mend line, its a disgrace

    @bt_uk I’d really like to know why you’re offering deals for new signups which are less than half I pay when you’ve offered nothing to a customer of six years. Surely you’d offer something of value. It’s nearly 70 a month with no frills, that doesn’t seem like much like a sevice

    @bt_uk Apparently not raring to help me as I keep getting conflicting advice from every BT person I speak to or message. Been told my lack of internet is an area wide issue yet no one else in my town seems to be affected. Inefficient

    Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.

    Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source
