@bt_uk Thanks BT once again for your terrible service. Ongoing issue with Broadband and phoneline since the summer of 2021. Problem identified but as you need to replace an entire section of cable you won't fix the issue... Still no resolution.... SORT IT OUT!!!

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work
