As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

Through a stupid mistake our phone and broadband was cut off on Tuesday. We have had to reorder and will be reconnected next Wednesday. We were given a EE mini hub which worked beautifully but was disconnected this morning telling us we are back on Broadband. 1/2 @bt_uk
