    @julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.๐Ÿคท#Help

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the โ€˜chat to usโ€™ facility thereโ€™s no one available. Anyone would think you didnโ€™t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    @bt_uk It wonโ€™t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didnโ€™t fix the problem. It didnโ€™t and you wonโ€™t pay. ๐Ÿ˜ซ

    @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed
