I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.
