@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

@bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

@bt_uk Having a nightmare with service from BT. No landline or broadband for nearly 5 wks. Case keeps being closed, despite acknowledgment of a fault. Ringing call centre 3/4 a wk. Engineers have missed 5 appts now. Poor communication. Not sure how to get this resolved now.

. @SkyHelpTeam we’ve been without internet since the 17th June. When we call we’ve been told it keeps passing up to complex team but there have been no updates from them. Also been told it was an issue with @bt_uk openreach but no time line as to how or when this will be fixed
