I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
