    @julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

    @bt_uk I cannot use my hard wired phones which are important as I do not want wireless. So we excercised our rights, 14 day cooling off period to put everything back. I understand the VOIP thing happening by 2025. But we was not ready to have our service taken off and I cant make calls

    @bt_uk @BT @Ofcom Day 11 without broadband, a date of 14th November giving as the earliest it "might" be fixed which will be 3 whole weeks without broadband, if we're lucky. Already squirming your way out of paying realistic compensation. Awful company.

    @bt_uk I’m trying to arrange to manage my Mother-in-Law’s account for her, and upgrade her services with you. Filled in form online, says you’ll contact her for authority but she’s heard nothing and it’s been a month. Please help me, help her….
