    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk so not only is my internet down and no engineer available for a week, I also find out I’ve not been getting the speed I’ve been paying for. Thanks, not sure how I’m going to work from home with no internet for the rest of the week!

    @bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

    @btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk pushing the fix date back every few days since the 19th of January is ridiculous since it's given us no reason to have planned for so long without income. There needs to be a clear roadmap ahead of what's actually happening, because it's ruining our lives

    @bt_uk We moved to the BT Halo for Business service. Month later phone service still not working. We have reported it 3 times now. NOTHING. I've emailed your CEO on 31/01. NO RESPONSE. I've raised a complaint. NOTHING. We just want a phone service that works. We are a small business.

    @bt_uk My hub came today and I’ve set it up, and my activation date is tomorrow. The hub is currently flashing pink/purple, is this just because it hasn’t activated yet? Or is another issue causing the pink flashing

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service...hounded my frail mother when I'm the only contact allowed.. Not telling her she'd lose channels and changing a plan she knew nothing about... Shame on you... Rude customer service. What is this world coming to.
