@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

Thanks @bt_uk for getting us to switch over to you from @SkyHelpTeam only to not switch over our WiFi on the correct date. Means we’re left the entire weekend without WiFi AND can’t work from home on Monday until you ‘try’ to fix it again. So much for a better offering.

@dogandbaglady @bt_uk When you agree to a contract, you get a cooling off period and if you don't cancel during that time you're in a contract for the term agreed. Ofc cancelling early will incur a charge... same as a phone contract would. Is this not common knowledge?
