    @bt_uk wow amazed with the shambles of customer service and lack of help this company has provided! Charging-no joke 15x more then actually price it should be/stated by them in the phone call! Wait for it! still not resolving the issue now since January @MoneyTelegraph #ombudsman

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    let’s see if a @BTCare engineer turns up after weeks of my internet having an external fault, 2 engineers not being able to fix it and 4 failed appointments. I’m not too confident really. Last chance or I’m getting a new internet service provider - robbing us blind £55 a month

    @bt_uk On Saturday I phoned to add broadband to my elderly relative's account. You disconnected her 3 hours later and say there's nothing you can do until 3 March. She's 79, lives alone, has fallen many times and gets Attendance Allowance. You accept it's your fault but won't fix
