@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

@bt_uk So if my neighbour denies access for whatever reason, the issue will remain unresolved? I'm sorry but that is beyond ridiculous. Meanwhile I am paying for a service not fit for purpose. If I was to cancel my Direct Debit, you'd sure as **** be on me dog on heat. Shocking service.

@bt_uk Ahh well that makes me feel better about having massive issues with the Internet service I pay for. I am now relying on a neighbouring property to allow access to your engineer to fix MY connection which seems a little arse about face to me. As for when this may or may not be??🤷🏻
