    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @1872Rck @btsport Notice the "tone" this year without Lennon. Ange doesn't pour petrol on anything, doesn't okay the victim and doesn't incite **** like Lennon does. He causes trouble everywhere he goes. An entire Hibs team wanted him gone, he is the problem and he will never admit it.

    @ScotlandClare @1872Rck @btsport An entire team at Hibs wanted Lennon gone. Lennon causes trouble everywhere he goes. I wouldn't invite him in my home. I love all the whataboutery, being that Andy Walker was banned from Parkhead and Celtic supporters made a petition to ban Kris Boyd.

    If you are an ee customer and get btsport do not downgrade from ULTRA to regular BT sport app as there is a glitch BT will cut you off while EE charge+say you have btsport. BT will be unable to resolve and if you cancel you will have to wait a month no sport then be charged £20.

    @bt_uk password web page says Bad server request. its been like this for days now. Also there BT payment web page has been down just as Long, reached out to them on Twitter and they deny any issues even after sending them screen shots.
