@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk At my wits end trying to order BT Fibre for my mum's new home. After 2 weeks we've been left with 4 separate accounts with 3-4 orders on each all auto-cancelled, replaced, & cancelled. There's an open complaint, asked for a manager to step in & been refused. Fed up. Help!

@bt_uk anyone thinking of getting a Ring doorbell to use with BT wi-fi, don’t bother. They’re not compatible. Our electrician couldn’t get it to work so I asked BT for help, which they agreed. Then an angry person called to say it won’t work & they won’t help.

@bt_uk Thanks but that is of no help at all. You should not have disconnected the old broadband until the engineer closed the job. Yesterday we were told the hub would be delivered Monday.
