    @bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk Already spoken to your call center the internet line is down they said it looks like they won't be able to fix this until Thursday which really isn't good enough as I'm working from home right now

    @bt_uk What’s the point ? Called your faults line, spent over 10 hours pleading to fix 10 days of no broadband service. 4 no-show engineer visits and a £30.05 compensation to stop me asking for service that I’m paying for. What a farce.

    @bt_uk So SIM not used Feb -Oct = 8M =£80 paid for Nada, no data used. Try to cancel on MyBt, but account + email deactivated, so I cancel DD. I returned *all* hi spec equipment & yet you charged £190! Yes please cancel Moorcroft Mafia.

    @bt_uk hello there. I was wondering if you're able to check an issue. Engineer came twice and needed hoist. Was promised this time was different. New appointment tomorrow. Can you confirm hoist or that exterior work has already been completed by openreach if I give you details
