Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

@bt_uk Hi we didn’t get as far as that, they identified as BT and I told them we were part of the telephone preference service and they put the phone down. We don’t have an account with you so suspect it was spam unless you have started cold calling non customers?
