4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

Superb service from @bt_uk after Mondays epic lightning storm knocked off our phone line and broadband. Mini hub, new hub and engineer all within just over 24hrs.

@Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

@bt_uk Hi Laura, for some reason I am unable to hang up & break a call the caller has to hang up on me. Even on record at the bank. If I hang up call remains connected & I can hear the comments of the caller who thinks I have hung up.i don't mind this so not an issue for me.Form of ID

@bt_uk Why have we had intermittent broadband for the last 2 weeks? Our phone line is also crackling and yet you repeatedly claim there is no problem. Trying to work from home when your connection drops every 10m is impossible. Thankfully we are having Virgin installed on Thurs.

@bt_uk due to renew my contract with you. I see new customers get broadband deals at £17-£28. I've been a customer since 2015. My new offer for broadband starts at £67. If that's for customer loyalty, there maybe customer walkies!
