    @bt_uk I’m on my phone from home. I don’t have access to the computer which has the account details and password to log into. Suppose will just have to wait until your outage becomes a non-outage.

    Hey @bt_uk there is a line fault at my mother in law's in CW7 3 (winsford). Her emergency call button is connected to line. Can you prioritise this fault if possible? Thanks!

    @Martainho21 @btsportfootball Me too plus he’s not biased . Like now Liverpool are on and can’t listen to McManaman as it’s just too one sided . I’m a city fan but I think Gary Neville is also good as he says it as it is . @btsport is on the whole terrible for pundits .

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

    4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

    Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

    @bt_uk Hi Laura, yes it is as temperamental as ever. It is the wireless and the hub does go through the colours of the rainbow... it has never been reliable and I have called many times to log it but gave up after a while..
