@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

Hi @bt_uk my mums internet has gone down due to local fault. She has a temp mini hub but it hasnt be activated and she has also lost the password. Is there any way for new code to be sent and it be turned on. She not great with technolgy so contacted me instead.
