    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk yes upload speed is so low, download is still 50Mb+ but upload is terrible. I checked the service site and there is no problem in my location.

    @bt_uk Can you help me ? Recently revised my package with you and I was told my BT Sport was £10 but on my bill you’ve charged me £15. You were going to send me the latest Smart Hub but I already have it, was told to ignore texts to send old one back but still getting textsemail

    @bt_uk I'm now being told 25th instead of this week. I cannot be doing with all of these delays. 16th of October was our original date. My original complaint hasn't had a response and I have a case handler. That's how ridiculous the situation has become.

    @virginmedia my company has suggested I switch to @bt_uk due to poor internet connection. I tried to call for assistance but there is no-one to speak to. I would recommend anyone working from home to avoid Virgin at all costs!

    @bt_uk Update: When did BT looss thier way? Not remotely customer centric. I've cancelled the order as BT will not simply turn on the copper Broadband as requested. They have goverment quota's to fill at the expense of the consumer.
