@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@btbusinesscare The service is offered as "up to 5 handsets". I think it only fair for customers to understand that it really means "5 handsets purchased from BT". I fully understand not providing technical support for 3rd party equipment, but to deliberately prevent their use is a disgrace.

@steeleyp_ @btsport @bt_uk Just to say that I have access now because I'm using my Dad's BT account. Really just wanted to highlight how difficult it is for non-UK based people to use the service. It just really shouldn't be that difficult. And you should be able to buy it with a foreign credit card!
