    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

    @bt_uk We need stable internet and phone for that these days. Unfortunately you don't provide it. The UK has some of the worst internet in the world and you don't want the cost and effort of fixing it so you just keep putting plasters on it.

    @Atholl1844 @bt_uk The countries lack of foresight is terrible. My house is 2 years old, the street still had copper cables laid rather than fibre optic ones. Makes no sense. But then my energy report does state my house is good but would be improved with solar panels. PUT THEM ON FROM NEW THEN!!!

    @bt_uk I already did it, and same issues. I reset my smart hub and connect again but doesn't work , the connected for few minutes and after down again . Is really frustrating @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Currently, I cannot get a dial tone &, when I call myself from my mobile, I get a message saying I'm on the phone. The last time I had this problem I dialled 1471 after the problem had cleared and I was told the last caller was 343 173. That's my own number! Not amused!

    @bt_uk Hi Folks, I'm hoping someone can help, My Mum has just taken the same Internet as us "Fibre 2" but hers has been connected up via fibre cabling rather than phone line and has a slightly different hub and speeds between 50-70 whereas we have 30-50????
