@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk HI Guys I need some help again :( I jhave just discovered the service "voicemail with call protect" which im paying for - But our BT line says voicemail is not set up on this number. I tried to ring 150 - but they are swamped and dont answer
