@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk Hi, I upgraded to a new YouView box a few months ago and have had lots of problems since - frequent disconnections, programmes freezing when playing, etc. Probably on a daily basis. Please can somebody resolve this? Thanks

And there we have it. 3rd @bt_uk engineer no show of the month. The fact that the first thing you hear when you phone them to complain is a pre recorded message of them saying "they pride themselves on their excellent customer service" is actually just comical now! #bt
