    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk Hey BT, tried 3 numbers from the website to call and track an order but all of them say the number doesn’t exist. Is there a problem? I’m meant to be receiving a mini hub to use temporarily while I wait for my broadband, promised yesterday or today but nothing arrived.

    @bt_uk we are an ongoing customer of BT & your engineer came to our business & disconnected our phone line with no warning when sorting our Internet! have been trying to get this resolved for over a week and our business phone lines have been down for over a week! DISGRACEFUL!
