Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

@bt_uk Well, it looks like I’m getting a new account set up. No idea why as I have correspondence to the new address about my move. As long as I don’t lose service.

@bt_uk my internet is SO slow the download speed is only 6.56 mb which is terrible when we pay for fibre. Any suggestions?

@bt_uk Just fix the issue and if you can’t (because it’s openreach not BT) just increase my package to provide “unbreakable broadband” then refund the cost until the line is fixed. Forward cost incurred to Openreach under your SLA I presume you have!?
-
Andy Fisher
(@andysfisher) reported
Not pleased with the level of service from @SkyUK and their service partner @bt_uk. BT openreach came Monday to connect new service, couldn't complete the job and no additional job raised until I chased 4 days later. Still no service and like many, I need it to work from home.

@bt_uk I have a 3 handset Premium phone with call blocker, less than 6 months old, which repeatedly cuts calls off after a few minutes of talk time. My old Panasonic phone never did this; any ideas before I send the wretched thing back? Thank you!
-
Mr.B.
(@zippysno1fan) reported
Is it me getting old?(probably) or has @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport changed football presenters, commentators and pundits for the worst, just to be P.C, rather than quality they already had? Cancelled all my subscriptions due to this. Begrudge paying my TV licence fee as well!!!
-
Stu Ballam
(@tizstu) reported
@bt_uk Thanks but don’t need another phone call to be told I need to increase my bill due to the failings of BT to provide the original guarantee - Only to have the speed fix after 29 days then break again next month - starting a new 30 days. it’s a scam
-

@bt_uk But…you said no to sending me a 4G Router until the issue is fixed?
