@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk We was told the problem will be sorted months ago, then was told latest was 8th August, then was told an engineer will be out today and it will be fixed. yet no ones turned up again for the 5th time😡 hope you’re going to help pay towards my £100 phone bill for this month🙄
