    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    Been without broadband for a month, BT complaints team meant to ring today before 14:30 obviously no call. Currently on hold for 15 minutes. Absolute joke of a service @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Absolutely fuming isn’t the word! Awful service since day 1! I rely on my broadband to heat my home due to having Hive. When my internet’s down I can heat my home. Causing significant health implications! #goodbye #awful #poor #shocking

    @bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk Bt is so out of zinc Jordan all companies I have spoke today have offered help,contract I have or not . Government have said all in it together , clearly BT not. I’m pursuing further I have copied BBC outlets and Martin Lewis as well

    @bt_uk Yes. The engineer also said this was likely with the placement of the hub being where thwt wanted it but it would be fine as BT would provide us with boosters, he suggested we'd need 2 for the house. Phoned today to find that this was not correct information. Just bad service

    @bt_uk I know this now as this is what I was told on the phone, obviously it's our fault we were given wrong information &we can pay extra money to right this. Not interested in that now. Currently figuring out if it's worth staying with you as the customer service is clearly not good.

    @bt_uk I figured out how to do it online and I’ve booked an engineer for Monday. Wouldn’t surprise me if this is a wider issue. Can you test other lines in the area?

    @bt_uk terrible customer service again and we've only been with you for two weeks.. Engineer finally gets us connected but won't get the hub where we needed it (Central) but assures us it's ok as BT will just give you a booster (you'll need two). Lo and behold you will not!!

    On-going complaint with @SkyUK every call to them, and from them has been to my mobile. Now it’s escalated, they ring my landline, while and work. Now send me an email; they are closing the complaint because they can’t contact me… 🤔 @bt_uk you can expect a call soon.

    @bt_uk do not trust anything that BT portraying that their business is. They do not care about you as a customer. They will deceive you with false promises, no one will take ownership of your issues with their services and they play game bureaucracy game and waste your time!
