@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

I’ve just been talking to my lad, he is paying for BT broadband for nearly a year now without a house to use it? Explained to them that they had to move back home and the usual it’s a contract, even put it up from £33pm to £37pm absolutely shocking @bt_uk no customer compassion🤬

@bt_uk It’s my aunt, not my mum, and she’s tried contacting you several times so far. Now time has run out for a while - she’s not going to be in a position to talk to you for a few weeks. The big problem was that we needed urgent help and got the opposite.

@ColinSkittles @bt_uk This has been happening for years . Our Cllrs dont seem to be intrested, certainly never replied to emails . Are the police intrested ? Kids doing drugs in local parks , where there are far younger children playing . Time to clean up the area and not just the Rubbish problem.

@andysc @bt_uk Well from there or Glasgow but I bet that'll need to be a much bigger tower :D Saying that if on halo, BT usually supply a 4g router while they resolve the issue. If I remember correctly you're on FTTP. Is there a LOS (loss of signal) light lit on ONT? If so Openreach is needed.

@bt_uk Hi - our landline seems to have a muffled background noise when using the home phone. To which we've replaced the existing home phone with a new one and same issue. I think something is wrong with the line? Can you check pls? Thanks.
