@bt_uk An advisor has come back to me. Apparently the exchange box is at fault again. They hope to rectify this by Friday. I am not the only house affected. Hopefully our bills will reflect this loss of service

I don't like to moan on social media. But there's no denying that big brands, like @bt_uk, can be hard to deal with when something goes wrong. Months back we had a phone outage for a few days. We had messages that we'd get a credit for the loss.
