I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Needed to have a line moved in our house which I thought would be fairly straightforward. 6 calls later totalling around 4 hours, having 2 accounts created unbeknown to me and having to pay for two entire packages per month @£160.
