    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

    @bt_uk strange that no issues with my Internet that toy can see, no one has called despite typing ADVISOR twice been doing all your self help stuff all afternoon and evening...just to find out my neighbour's been doing the same as NO Internet...very strange that!

    Disgusted with @bt_uk on the phone for 2 days as my internet didn’t go live when scheduled. I’m paying over £60pm for their most premium bband, I’ve been told to wait 4 days delay to receive another router, costing a weeks work working from home and they can’t do anything to help

    @bt_uk No that’s not correct, there has been no delay, the order says completed your end. The phone call resulted in guessing it could be the router so told wait until a new one is delivered and see if that works which will be Tuesday. I’ve asked for an engineer or help but was refused
