@bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

No phone or broadband for 11 days after lightning strike in an area with little/no mobile signal. Apparently it’ll be five more days, but every time I call I get a different story, or @bt_uk tries to use my situation to force me sign a new contract. I call that extortion.

@bt_uk Nope. I waited over 2 hours then called up myself. It’s not good enough. None of my callbacks have been delivered as promised. And my issue is still unresolved. I can’t book an engineer appt because my account is an “exception” on the system and no one can clear it. Ludicrous.

At the final straw with @bt_uk. Broadband cuts out every 25 mins (great for home working right). Tried every suggestion..non worked. The hub is clearly broken. Told at 10:06 I would get a callback in 2 mins...it is now 13:08...but quite happy to take my money? Breach of contract!
