    @VadodaraAirport I know with #BTGroup @bt_uk the most powerful & ruthless on the planet I had 2 business lines with them not one claim form ever filled in One BT employee cloned me for years dismissed never prosecuted so no compensation paid He later set up in same business Gutted @OpenreachHelp

    @bt_uk keep having extra charges added to my bill constantly, spoke to someone last week about a late fee being added to my account even though I never paid my bill late, they said the £10 fee would be waived as there was no reason to why it has even been added and shock… 1/2

    Yet again I find myself having to log another offical complaint to @bt_uk :( They agreed to take bill payments from the compensation fund but continued to take by direct debit, so I cancelled the DD now they have told me they are cutting off the broadband today! FFS BT!

    @bt_uk hi, we had an engineer out last week to fix a broadband problem that has been going on a while. The recent visit hasn't resolved the issue, so I would like to request another engineer visit please.

    @bt_uk i want a complaint opening its not on a customer paying for broadband services should be able to speak to broadband support on the phone when the broadband fails and the customer can't get online
