@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

@bt_uk Day 8… @bt_uk still no resolution. Feels like false advertising for BT Halo, the mini-hub relies on local 4G service - not strong enough or consistent to be able to WFH or stream TV etc. Half-term this week with no broadband, being told ‘hopefully resolved by 28th’ why so 💩💩?

@bt_uk so first you try to charge us over £700 for cancelling our service when we moved home,but we didn’t ask to cancel it.Then you send an engineer late, & they don’t complete the job.Then the broadband should be running by yesterday but still isn’t! What are we paying for?!

@bt_uk hub broken by electrician causing power surge. Bt sent out another hub 21 Oct unfortunately via Royal mail who have sent it to Yorkshire despite us living 250 miles in the opposite direction. Please can you send out another hub. Otherwise have to use alternative provider
