@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@bt_uk I live in a bad signal area for broadband & mobile phone. So you are now leaving me without a working landline meaning I could not contact anybody in an emergency. What an absolutely awful idea to change over. You are making life more difficult for many customers 🤬

@bt_uk Having a problem with my internet, can only connect through any wifi but not theough my own router, have a mini router but not been switched on for usage
