. @BTCare is awful. No internet since Sunday. Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

So my @BTCare WiFi has been awful dropping out had a bt engineer out he said there’s not problem blamed it on my @skytv boxes so booked sky to come out, yet my WiFi is awful on all devices i don’t think sky is the problem here 🙃

@bt_uk Hi. Hope you can help. Have reported a fault on my mums line. She has been told it will be upto 48 hours before an engineer is able to attend. She is very elderly and has a community alarm, which is obviously not working now. How can she get her phone and alarm working asap. Tnx

@BTCare just got off the phone to BT support and haven’t been this shocked in a long time! Their solution was just to not use my laptop while my husband uses his that way internet speed won’t be an issue! In an age of working from home how is this a viable solution?

@bt_uk hi, my internet strength has been getting progressively worse. Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. I’m the sole user. Can someone help?
