@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@BTCare Thank you for the time on this. The thing I found really annoying was why wasn’t I told that when I rang Friday Wouldn’t of been so bad if I hadn’t of been fobbed off at the time and it got sorted there and then. I understand issues happen just let me know there is an issue & fix

@BTCare New hub order given date of delivery & didn’t arrive that day. Rang to find what was going on get told it takes 3-5 working days. Complained about the date given not being right. Then told it was a technical issue. However it just feels I’ve been fobbed off with no answers given.

@bt_uk i have just recieved this years phone book and noticed that your still printing my phone number under my mums name. The account was been transferred to me in 2009 when she died how do we go about rectify this 11 year old issue?
So annoyed ordered a new iPhone from @bt_uk on Thursday which wasn’t delivered, have rang @bt_uk twice and sent a complaint but haven’t had any reply, rubbish customer service!

@bt_uk ok cool thanks, no call back, no tweet, no idea when I’ll get my substitute internet and my original order looking at a month delay. Spending more of my own money for data on a router from another company that I’ve never been with before (thanks @EE,mini router doing good)
@Stewchat @amongthehills60 @bt_uk Agreed! We have tried to fix it with a SIM that connects to all networks but even still some areas have no connection to any network.
@bt_uk Actually, still need help. Had a line fault that an engineer allegedly fixed on Friday. Problem still there, another engineer due out today and didn’t show. No communication from BT to say what’s happening. Been an absolute fiasco getting it sorted from the start.
