    @bt_uk absolutely feel let down by BT. Sent my 75 year old Mum deferent equipment, failed to install and left her panicking with delays. No where to complain as no one answers.

    @AndrewJacobsLnD @bt_uk Oh dear, I feel your pain. We moved in on 18th, Gigaclear booked for 22nd, hit a problem so had 3 teams of engineers out and up and running Thursday evening with 300+MPS. The installation was free.

    @bt_uk a little disappointed, I called yesterday to report an error in the address I gave for my move. Due to the need for the order to be closed down. Was told to call today. Still no luck! 😩

    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    @bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

    @btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Today I have mainly stayed in all day waiting for an engineer to turn up on a prebooked appointment which was confirmed by text earlier in week. No answer on you customer service numbers. Poor service

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @bt_uk I've had two technicians out to where I live in Poynings in the past and nothing has been sorted. Phone line and Internet both down constantly. Its beyond a joke. Please do something.

    @bt_uk DO NOT DO IT HONESTLY. Iv had problems in the past with customer service inc sky and virgin but these guys are jokers worst iv experienced. Many mis sold deals and many hours wasted hanging on and not even ended up with a resolution

    Trust @bt_uk to mess up. They’ve connected the wrong modem to my 80+ yr old parent’s new bungalow leaving them without Careline. Appalling 1970s customer care.

    Oh @bt_uk I have had some of the worst service from you in the last couple of weeks. Topped of by no internet when I'm working from home. Mini hub promised today, email to say it's coming tomorrow. Absolute joke. I'm losing pay and you don't seem to care

    @bt_uk You have just turned off my Digital Voice service, leaving me with no phone line 2 days before Christmas. All you were supposed to be doing was putting my fibre speed back to 900 from 500.
