@BTCare Thank you for the time on this. The thing I found really annoying was why wasn’t I told that when I rang Friday Wouldn’t of been so bad if I hadn’t of been fobbed off at the time and it got sorted there and then. I understand issues happen just let me know there is an issue & fix

@BTCare New hub order given date of delivery & didn’t arrive that day. Rang to find what was going on get told it takes 3-5 working days. Complained about the date given not being right. Then told it was a technical issue. However it just feels I’ve been fobbed off with no answers given.

Atrocious customer service from @BritishTelecom @btsport Send me an email telling me they are going to put up my TV service by £4 per month, and I can't get through to them to understand what percentage increase that is.
@bt_uk has anybody else noticed that the guaranteed broadband speed has been reduced, mine was 25mbs now it is 21, expecting it to go down to 20 next month, feel like the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on

@bt_uk Ive done this already, then i get a text asking whether i want to continue with my complaint... of course i do, the whole process of dealing with BT makes my blood boil !
@bt_uk well here we are again bt, still internet is shit, not fixed like I was told would be also where are these 2 calls I was to expect today from the management. This is how they treat there customers after few yrs, choke our speeds, never fix faults, or call bac. Piss tak
