    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    Dear @bt_uk Our mum is 94 yrs old in 2 weeks and relies on her landline phone Her service failed Oct23 Engineer said old handset needed replacing… mm? We chose BT to order a new one. But ‘tween you and @RoyalMail - it has not been delivered yet Can u help? @SueAuthor knows

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

    @OpenreachHelp 2 weeks and open reach have still not repaired the fault on our line. @BTCare @bt_uk told us it would be fixed 4th Nov - lie, then 9th Nov - lie, and then today - lie to be told I now have to wait until Tuesday, but I won’t hold my breath. Disgusting service!!

    APPALLING customer service @bt_uk @BTCare you didn’t close my old acct on your system & transfer to the new acct you insisted I had to open and now youve transferred your big balance error to a debt collection agency. Many many calls but still NO PROGRESS or correction @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Not a single device can connect to my router and load a simple webpage. I pay Sky for 50 GB a month because the WiFi is pitifully slow. The wired connection is better, but still poor. Why do you seem to be disregarding the wireless speed?

    @bt_uk Seems to be a greater Network issue in West of Scotland, a number of peoples Internet is down, BT and other ISPs included.

    @bt_uk So originally got great feedback on my original complaint. But genuinely getting the runaround and terrible bad explanations. And totally dropped any talk about compensation despite admittedly being BT/Openreach fault 🤬🤬🤬
