    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @pollyrowena @bt_uk @allerdale Just wondered if they knew whether or not ****** landlord had a legal right to take back the line, and if CA could help if they didn't know. Because if he doesn't, they can get a new provider contract. You never have to tell your current firm you're leaving.

    @bt_uk Guilt tripping parents is bad enough. But from the company that gave me the worst broadband service I've ever had it's particularly annoying. Never did get the speeds or the £100 I was promised.

    @btsport if you’re going to have an image of @MarcusRashford & a quote regarding him being proud to be black to show support, at least allow the image to be on screen long enough to read. Otherwise it’s just a token gesture to follow suit & doesn’t really have a meaning.
