@bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

@bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

@btsport stop making BT sport subscribers pay PPV for UFC (especially for 3am events??). Only have a Bt sport sub for UFC, what’s the point in keeping it. Screwing your own customer base.

.@bt_uk contacted BT this morning regarding broadband fault caused by installation of Full Fibre on Fri 22nd. Still no broadband, told there is nothing BT can do, wait your turn (1 week) and stop calling. Thanks BT great help 👍

@kpwxx @bt_uk @virginmedia Agree such a shame - customer service is so important to retaining people but Virgin make it impossible to contact them and then it’s a lottery as to whether you get someone helpful or a jobsworth. You would think a communications company would sort out good communications!

@bt_uk a rather flawed complaint system: just been told we will open it and then close it. No investigation, no attempt at a resolution and no explanation or rationale as to why during a global pandemic they want to increase prices and reduce channels.
