Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

@bt_uk Hi BT. I have been a customer for cant remember how long, never a problem. Now then, City Fibre are digging up the streets here. They tell me they wont sell to BT Internet. Does that mean I will never be able to have FTP with BT Internet?
