Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

@bt_uk hi, what is the problem with your Broadband service in CR8? WiFi from the hub consistently drops every hour (often even more frequently). Speeds are tiresome when I manage a connection. Speed tests keep coming back at ~70mb yet I can’t even get google homepage to load!

I see another major **** up by Mike Dean has been overturned. That’s 2 of the last 3 Red Cards he has shown that he’s got wrong even with the assistance of #VAR. Not right that more mistakes you make, the more games you get #PremierLeague #TheMikeDeanShow @SkySportsPL @btsport

@bt_uk and that's also a shame because it puts you folks in the firing line, again, for a problem that isn't yours. And that's particularly difficult when your internal comms doesn't support what you're actually doing

@caldyr99 @bt_uk Yes! I’ve had a reply though from BT so I hope they can help. The scammers are so clever now. Different number every time! I could spend all day individually reporting them. We already have the telephone preference service!

@bt_uk help, the Internet has gone down again! 5 times last Thursday and I reported it (once again a fault on the line), box keeps flashing purple. Must of had 6 engineers out since last march to fix this same issue. #NHS #wfh #homeschooling2021
