I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

I don’t understand how you can turn my service off remotely but then I need a whole new account (which I intend to cancel when @virginmedia sort their stuff out) and have to wait a week just to turn it back
