@bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

@bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

@bt_uk I went with a wired connection and my issues are resolved. I just wish the fibre connections you had were being rolled out quicker as the connection speed is not great when working from home. Especially working in tech with heavy bandwidth use on video calls.

@RBlackPA @bt_uk @virginmedia BT broadband is fine. All BT internet channels, Prime, Netflix, iPlayer work perfect. NOWTV which is what they force you to take is abysmal and they try & tell me it’s my internet. Engineer they sent even admitted NOWTV is the problem. BT forums have loads of customers same issue

@darrangilpin @bt_uk Ugh nightmare, I have no TV woes with Sky thank goodness but my @virginmedia broadband is crap and its next to impossible to complain or change as i can't get through to them. Not sure BT would be any better mind you, frustrating when work depends on it
