    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @bt_uk been without broadband service since 15th January! Fix date keeps moving. Called for updates on numerous occasions.Trying to work from home and the BT Minihub provided is next to useless. BT and Openreach fail yet again!

    @bt_uk Hi Scott, that link is to reset the hub? That won't work as the problem seems to be the Internet into the openreach box before the hub.

    Factory resets of *everything* work for maybe half a day. Then it’s back to crash after crash. Rearranging discs makes no difference. The WiFi gear brings down Ethernet-connected devices on the router as well. This is *all their kit* and your ‘support’ team have no clue, @bt_uk.

    Hi @bt_uk I’m trying to upgrade my Fibre to 900mb but everytime I login and click to upgrade it tells me I’m leaving and to call the number... can you help me?

    @bt_uk my internet has been lagging constantly since around 3pm, can I know if this is just me or anyone else experiencing problems? I can barely load a webpage and that’s if I’m lucky, and the internet in general has been so slow since September or so, I feel like a turtle :/

    @bt_uk So my fibre 900 WiFi only gives my sons new Xbox series one 50 mbs max s as nd that’s with your bt mini connectors for better signal Only 15 ft away from router is certainly not good enough for £60 pm only my hard wired Xbox in living room gets 700 mbs

    @bt_uk I’m not even running at a good speed with my bt. Had someone come out and have a look said they’d ring back and arrange a time to come back and sort it, never heard anything back from them. Absolute JOKE

    @bt_uk My bt braodband is terrible. Drops out all the time which drives the kids crazy. I have been with bt for years so I am so disappointed that I now need to look elsewhere for a reliable connection.
