    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I keep getting an error message on my BT TV Box saying I can’t watch any channels in HD because it’s not a part of my package but I’m paying for HD? Any advice on how to fix the problem 🤔

    @bt_uk We do not unfortunately just moving into the property, sky have taken nearly 3 weeks to resolve the issue. We are without board band still just trying get a provider that can do fibre to the cabinet
