Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Hi @bt_uk Can you help explain why the Girlguiding outdoor centre I volunteer at has been without a land line for weeks because you have joined together a number of Girlguiding accounts for no apparent reason and withdrawn the service to all of them?

@BTCare @Angels35Karen BT if your service isn’t working as it should you should seriously (have to) refund every months fees that there has been issues until you get it sorted!
