I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

Apparently my landline was cut off when Openreach installed fibre. Why?! So it’s had to be installed as a new connection. The drop outs? Infuriating.
