@bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

@bt_uk 90yo customer has been without landline since Thurs 30/9, did text fault report on her behalf, still waiting to hear back on engineer appt. Can't do online as unable to register, can't get through on phone.
