@bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

  • jaclark1980 James Clark (@jaclark1980) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

  • andyrow andyrow (@andyrow) reported from Hazlemere, England

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

  • richbishop Rich Bishop 😷 (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England

@virginmedia Ah well 🤷 I wasted 90 minutes trying to stay a customer. The ball is very much in your court now. The @bt_uk offer is much better, and so far, no lies!

  • xpc518d E. J. Thribb 🌸 (@xpc518d) reported

@bt_uk What simplistic nonsense this is. What should I do if I turned my thermostat down to 18.5 some years ago in a bid to lower my bills & consume less energy? How much colder would you like an elderly person to be?

  • realdocatherton Doc Atherton Esq. (@realdocatherton) reported

@bt_uk Hi. I've just sent a DM as after having looked online, I believe my order is still slightly wrong and looks like it's missing the added EE unbreakable connection too. Can someone please help me? Thanks

  • notrashcougar Gary The No-Trash Cougar (@notrashcougar) reported

@WayneRoutledge @bt_uk Very much Wayne. Especially if it was an Openreach engineer. I could turn up at your front door and curl one off on your doorstep, and it would still be better customer service than those *****.

  • ConorHardy Conor (@ConorHardy) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp no internet for over a week now and now being told we will “ideally have an update by 18/12” Will be over 2 weeks by then with no resolution date set. Currently having to work from home with the office being shut. This is not acceptable and is awful service

  • Gerhill 🛫 Gerry Hill 🛬 📷 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gerhill) reported

@bt_uk Admit it, takes three engineers to run a dropwire now, not one. A massive waste of time and energy, yet a telecom company lecturing people to turn down their house heating further and freeze in the winter? Unbelievable.

  • snazzysazzy1986 Sarah Evans (@snazzysazzy1986) reported

@bt_uk any update on the hybrid connect issues? It’s been down over a week now and whilst you’ve given me some temporary fixes these aren’t great. Boris asking people to WFH is quite hard without working or stable WiFi! 192 hours without a stable connection and counting!!

  • danielreilly Daniel Reilly (@danielreilly) reported

English Footballs arrogance knows no bounds. @BTSport talking down the conference league like it's a friendly cup and an inconvenience

  • Tommy_Doyle Tommy Doyle 💙 (@Tommy_Doyle) reported

Never have I ever heard such a load of drivel as is being spoken on the prelude to #UCLdraw version 2 on @btsport at the moment 💩

  • pop_hill Pop , Merry Christmas everyone. (@pop_hill) reported

@bt_uk How do explain to an elderly person that they’ll also need a fully charged mobile with a good signal to use in the event of a mains electricity failure?
