@plusnethelp I was a @bt_uk for 3 years, had no issues with speed. Other than a few hours outage over that period, 💯 at 70+Mbps. I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩

  • russelguppy Russel Guppy (@russelguppy) reported

@bt_uk Still intermittent. Fix the text number and it found an issue and we have an engineer booked for tomorrow. Thanks for reaching out.

  • MadelaineLucieH Madelaine Hanson (@MadelaineLucieH) reported

Is your @bt_uk wifi down? Fix it using these three easy steps: 1. Warn your BT Hub that it's on its final warning. 2. Slice a potato in half, and insert some wires to form a circuit and place it under your BT Hub. 3. Kick your BT Hub to death and weep over it's shattered remains

@bt_uk My elderly father has a btinternet email address which keeps causing problems. It's caused yet more this weekend. To fix it, he's got to take the computer in (again!) to a computer shop, which could expose him to COVID. Is there a way BT can fix it which reduces the COVID risks?
