@BTCare Hi, just had a call supposedly from Openreach Technical Support, telling me that my Internet is too slow (38 download, 9 upload) and they could talk me through how to speed it up. It's working fine, and fast enough for what I need. Is this call genuine?

  • DesignSecultd DesignSecurityLtd (@DesignSecultd) reported

Well no surprises @bt_uk was supposed to deliver kit for fibre. Tracking shows nothing happening!! This is 3rd order they have failed to deliver. #crapservice complaint sent to ofcom

@Ofcom Because our internet speed is slow it is impossible to work from home but no point contacting @bt_uk they just blame openreach or suggest you buy a wi fi booster.

@bt_uk My BT sport package has increased from £8 to £12 a month. I received no email or communication regarding this. I was told an email was sent and resent but I never received anything. The outcome was it was my issue. How do I cancel my subscription and talk to a human?

  • cluckin_fevva Foggy (@cluckin_fevva) reported

Once again driven to contact @bt_uk via Twitter as it's impossible to connect via chat or phone to discuss why my FTTP service is so slow and to try and get more wifi discs delivered. Very frustrating - would the BT Twitter fairies please tell me how best to proceed.

  • GirlDelayed Sharon Lockyer (@GirlDelayed) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT. My landline isn't working although the broadband is functioning normally. Is there any way you can check the phone line remotely and see what the problem is?

  • MickCKeenan Mick Keenan (@MickCKeenan) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk @StephenNolan BT mess up my elderly parents BB order leaving them without BB for over 1 week, telling them it will be Dec1st before they have service. Elderly vulnerable people who rely heavily on social network to stay in touch with family. Not good enough BT - fix it!!

  • danielportilla Daniel Portilla (@danielportilla) reported

@bt_uk Hi, the engineer came and checked that the issue was with the router, and the worst was the upload speed. Any chance you can help with that? At the moment you are allowing roughly 1Mbps, and the actual reads are not even half that.
