COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

@bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk I have been speaking to someone Nicola and had an engineer out but because I have more than the bt recommend 10 devices connected that's why it's slow a lot of the time now but a month ago and year before was fine

So @bt_uk are increasing the cost of my broadband service by 14.4%, which is comprised of the 10.5% CPI rate of inflation published in January, plus 3.9%. I'm pretty sure their costs haven't gone up that much.

Today booked a BT engineer to SW UK home. Coming Monday. Customer services friendly but why oh why @bt_uk are you still asking if anyone has had Covid/symptoms recently?? You’ve never bothered abt health status before, if we’d had colds, measles or pneumonia so WHY ask today?
