    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

    @bt_uk ...I did the order on the 22th July to be activated on the 17th August! And I’m paying since that date! Let’s see if the 23rd is working and I expect no paying for the month I’ve been without service

    Taken my life into my hands & decided to ring @bt_uk to get an issue resolved. Last time I did this I almost lost the will to live took weeks to be resolved. So far only 10 minutes on hold.

    @bt_uk I want to ask about automatic compensation. As far as I can see we’re now on the 32nd day since our service should have been activated but wasn’t – and we’ve been promised a surveyor would be out three times and they haven’t appeared, but we’ve not been automatically compensated.

    @bt_uk Update (comical) so you cancel my home broadband and phone but cant turn it back on for 10 days so send me a 4G hub but DBD are sending it to the wrong address which I cant change and have been on hold for 45 min. #priceless
