    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    Trying to renew broadband with @BTCare today... four different prices for the same package inside 20 minutes.... absolute joke. Treat customers like idiots.

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk over the course of approx 10 days, my husband has been promised 2 call backs from managers within 48 hours. Neither have happened. Is this how you deal with customer complaints??

    @bt_uk two days of internet cutting out now. It’s really expensive internet for how awful it is. I was without internet for 2 months before, it worked for a month no problems and now this.

    @bt_uk Can you please help? There has been an outage in my area (BH24) since Wednesday night and the estimated fix time keeps getting extended. Just today it has gone from no estimate to 1pm to 527pm. I have tried to phone but I can't get through. 1/2

    @bt_uk customer service is an absolute joke. Internet has been off one week, three failed engineer appointments, over 10 phone calls and still not fixed. Internal issue with booking appointments also! Appointment cancelled two hours before today and getting fobbed off again!!!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Made an Order in August Got confirmed delivery & engineer on my site on 5th Sept. On 5th postponed On the 8th you call to confirm engineer will come on 13th sept This morning sms engineer postponed to 22nd Sept.. @bt_uk is this Professional? to a new customer?
