@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk we’ve been having issues in the village with your Full Fibre service across multiple houses. Your engineers look but don’t resolve - can you recognise there’s a collective issue please - 🚨 we have had at least 22 outages of over an hour since august 😱 #StroudVillage

Thx @bt_uk for excellent service today. Broadband problem over wkd - booked engineer - problem seemed to resolve itself - call-out cancelled - engineer called anyway & said she detected a fault on the line & slow speeds. Fixed with minimum disruption & grt customer service 👏
