  @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

  COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

  @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

  @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

  @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

  @bt_uk WORST WIFI provider 3 month of problems, everytime they send an engineer who says wait and see!!! they are beyond unreliable. Virgin was so much better and consisitent . BT are a complete joke and more expensive !!!!

  My elderly parents have been left with no phone for a minimum of 18 days. @bt_uk admit they are at fault but can't get their phone working until 10th April. Seriously?! What happens if they fall or need help? Where's the customer care?

  @bt_uk completely useless service with the ufc broadcasting again. Not only have you failed to provide the main event , you’ve made it so everyone has to see the result of a fight before clicking the video. The fight happened over 8 hours ago, how have you not fixed this issue?

  Absolute atrocious that @bt_uk customer service is soo poor. I was promised a manager call and it’s taken me to remind them to look at my complaint 13 days later. I was promised today a manager call & I get a email (7:15pm) we’re looking into my complaint, no you’re not!

  @bt_uk I get that issues happen but this is a paid-for service where people haven’t received what they were told they would get if they paid. Also, why is there no mention of, or apology for, this mistake on the actual app - why can we only find out on Twitter?

  @bt_uk @TRS0211 It’s not a one off issue the Jon jones fight a few week ago didn’t work for hours, ufc is literally the only reason I pay for bt and it keeps messing up, strangely no issues last week when it was ppv so an extra £20 on top of my subscription
