While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesnโt exist. Happy New Year.

I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 โadvisorsโ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service ๐ก

Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.
