They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
