Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
