    Another 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this fiasco out … no explanation, nothing resolved and no response from @bt_uk @BTCare … the worst business I’ve had to deal with and without doubt the worst customer service experience ever

    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    How convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @bt_uk Have same issue if just using TV , TV fine if I'm watch now TV or prime or Netflix and must streaming channels it's just live TV so end up watch live TV through one of the hubs BBC iPlayer or itv or one of the hubs 👍

    @bt_uk just got an email telling me web protect has been activated, not by me! Did you do this or someone else, email really not clear. Tried logging in to MyBT but typical problems with website, it keeps redirecting me to a bt mailbox, if i try again i get the login screen

    @btbusinesscare Reopening night spent on hold with yourselves instead of greeting customers ( members club ). Absolutely disgusting the level of service a business account receives considering your help desk close ( 18:00 ) when pubs are reopening!!! Absolutely disgraceful !!!

    @btbusinesscare Sorry how does that work? I need a DM to get this sorted. We’ve lost BT Sports for our first night of opening. I’ve struggle as a BT business customer to get any support whatsoever. What exactly are we paying for? To be honest I’m disgusted !!
