    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    How convenient, got through to rep # 5 who again dropped my call and when I phoned back for the 6th time your closed!? and you guys wanted me to cancel with BT phone and go with you! @skytv @bt_uk absolutely useless

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    @bt_uk Thx Martin - 7 weeks for activation date, 12 hrs on the phone, BT attempted to send an emergency 4g mini hub out not 1, not 2, but 3! times and all I’ve received is a sim that doesn’t work, BS and lies from your customer ‘service’ team. I’ll not hold my breath for a call back.

    @bt_uk 4th engineer said he fixed internet. Our complaint was closed and we accepted some compensation. Now it’s down again. Booked yet another engineer.

    @bt_uk imagine your engineer turning up to install our broadband instead drills through our electricity cable cutting it all off and leaving us without electricity I’m the one ringing round to your companies DWF & TBRN yet no one is coming to fix YOUR MESS

    @bt_uk hi, my elderly parents have been with you over 15years for their internet. They have just moved house. You upsold them onto Halo 2 fibre optic. It can’t be fitted at their bungalow. They want to move back to their Halo 1 contract and you are refusing. Appalling service.

    @bt_uk And you supposed to help me? This is the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. Why the hell does it take 7 bloody months. I've had 8 openreach engineers who come and smoke drugs outside my property and then walk off as they are contractors and can't be bothered.
