Excited as I move into Day 5 of Wi-Fi failure and hope of engineers visit @bt_uk and @BTGroup As yet just silence. Not keen to pop down the shops. Guessing the repair work will take for my 5 day wait about 30mins. Productivity eh, who needs it. Why no local maintenance beyond me

‘Miles away from Their best’ is a fair assessment from @btsport of @FCHTOnline performance today. Very disappointed with Pete Wild in front of the cameras let himself down.

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

  • spoonrmicroblog Martin Spooner (@spoonrmicroblog) reported from Luton, England

  • NeilGenders1 Neilly g (@NeilGenders1) reported from Chorleywood, England

@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

@bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

  • PaulWhelanTweet Paul Whelan (@PaulWhelanTweet) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

  • robsmithrugby Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reported from Tring, England

Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

@bt_uk Your Routers are genuinely terrible, they drop singnal all the time, we pay for 60mbps and get 20 for £50-£60 a month. I don't know if it's something to do with the line but hopefully an actual competent router will fix my problem.

  • brennananana Brenna Bo Benna (@brennananana) reported

@IM_org @bt_uk @rioferdy5 A very worthwhile subject to cover. The internet is great, it has also advanced hugely in recent years so there are plenty of bad guys who want to exploit it and exploit our kids. Don't let them.
