    @bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    Shocking customer service from @bt_uk internet deactivated Monday because they got our moving day wrong despite being told numerous times it had moved. Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @btsport I’ve tried that before. It doesn’t tell you how to fix it, just how it occurred. The only “fix” it suggests is to wait, which isn’t working properly. I appreciate you need a strict policy to prevent piracy but it’s that strict it’s preventing genuine, paying users from watching.

    @Mac1965 @btsport Premier league football is not about the diehard fans that are totally devoted to their clubs and live for match days, it is totally just about money, tv dealss and viewing figures around the world, none devoted fans who enjoy the VAR **** for the bit of suspence.     For 245 elapsed days or 8 months now, I have been in “dispute” around my cancellation of the @BTsport package. The actions taken by @BT_UK @BTSport presume and treat me guilty, despite trying to actively resolve this matter for now 8 months

    @MrBenRice @btsport They're just clever in how they advertise it. My bill says 'Sky Sports - Complete' but there's also a separate 'Sky Sports - HD' charge. It's bundled together as 'HD as standard' but it's still broken down separately for billing.

    @bt_uk I was told that your policies are to provide different upgrade prices to different existing customers. A neighbour is getting a better service for £10/pm less than I was offered, but it was impossible to give me the same price.
