Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

thomas bastow (@tjbastow) reported@bt_uk @TRS0211 It’s not a one off issue the Jon jones fight a few week ago didn’t work for hours, ufc is literally the only reason I pay for bt and it keeps messing up, strangely no issues last week when it was ppv so an extra £20 on top of my subscription
