  Just been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

  @bt_uk I'm "We've Thought of Everything" package Fibre with Halo 3... While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

  @TalkTalk It's @BTCare #Openreach that's the issue. All my neighbours went down and I'm the only TT customer, but everyone's providers are over Openreach. They simply don't give a ****.

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
