    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

    @btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @btsport trying to cancel monthly pass subscription on line and for the life of me, Im going in circles. Can anyone help me as there doesn’t seem to be a option online. Easy to get one but no way of removing myself as a customer. #boredalready

    @bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

    @BTCare Hi Lesley, I want to raise a complaint, I have called wed, Thur, Fri, sat and Sunday, everytime I call I am told the phone will be fixed the following day and it's still not. This is the 4th or 5th time this year it has gone wrong

    Shout out to .@bt_uk who having insisted we could get fibre with 'no trouble' have now sent 5 sets of engineers out, who have all argued about what should have already been done by the prior engineers and have now said they have to dig the entire street up...

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach So you installed fibre900 back in Feb, installer botches the job and drills holes all way thru walls. So bad you have to come a 2nd time to install correctly, leaving my walls full of holes. I complain and I'm passed to openreach... 1/2

    @bt_uk Thanks Dee. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead. I’m fortunate I knew this and was able to reject their attempts to move me to EE or to get me back onto a contract. It’s definitely not what I expect of BT or any other service provider.

    @bt_uk is a disgrace to British Public! The level of customer service and denial of the lack of service is a culture now! So, people should be aware of your culture. My complaint is at Comm Ombuds and seeing that you're being protected! The country is run by rogue executives!!!
