@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

An openreach engineer isn't likely to be called out for this as they'd just unplug from wall to back of smart hub 2. This is now more IT support that is needed.
