Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@anna55806428 @bt_uk Oh I see, that's a shame. Was hoping to be able to get back up wi fi. 3G/4G also terrible at our house - but its better than the wi fi - sometimes I have to turn the wi fi off on my phone to force it to use data as the BT wifi is so bad cant get online with it.
