@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Moved internet provider and left @bt_uk as they cut us off and have no internet and telephone. You don’t realise how much you rely on these services and because of their massive ****** with our home move and cutting us off weeks before, BT have now lost a customer of 30+ years.
