    @bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

    Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.     @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

    @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

    @btbusinesscare I am so disappointed with the lack of service I have received. We moved premises on 31/07/25 and to date still no broadband or landline. Disgusting, and you are still charging me monthly which should have been refunded. Your admin is disgraceful also.

    @bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
