@bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Yeah the issues with my internet caused me mental distress. Impacted my therapy sessions, for a service that cost me nearly £600 over the space of 14 months for you to resolve you offered a measly £131 in goodwill gesture and told me that I wasn’t even entitled to the goodwill.
