    @btcare it’s now over 2months since I was promised a free amazon echo dot as part of renewing my broadband contract in Nov 2018. Despite numerous phone calls & asking for a complaint to be loaded I still do not have the dot nor any response to my complaint. Come on bt.

    @BTCare I tried but after a 15 minutes nothing was happening. Your shit service has been more than shocking. If you treat a new customer like this who is still within the 14-day cooling off period I dread to think how you treat those who are stuck in a contract.

    .@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service

    @BTCare . @bt_uk @BTCare Yea there’s no known issues in my area. Just your support sucks and gives bad suggestions for fixes. Suggesting changing WiFi settings because the hub can’t connect to _your_ network doesn’t make sense and wastes time

    @BTCare Yes. Divorce forced house sale. Rental has broadband. So left contract. Nowhere to transfer too. As a teacher it's tough to have free time. Finally find new home. Told nothing can be done. BT loyalty to customer of 35 years is zero, considering reciprocating.

    @BTCare We've had a broadband fault open for months, an engineer came to our house and couldn't resolve the issue as the problem was at the exchange. We have been charged as according to a phone conversation that never happened, I said that we couldn't make or receive calls.
