    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @btbusinesscare sadly they were of no help as they cant discuss it as allegedly they do not have me listed as the contact, despite it being me they call for payment, despite my name being the registered contact on the accounts. So nothing I can do so we will find another supplier. Thanks

    @OpenreachHelp @BTCare @OpenreachHelp I’m so disappointed that site visit after site visit our new premises & still has no broadband. I have made a complaint to BT’s CEO and still Openreach haven’t sorted this out. I have already been billed for the first month for a service I don’t yet have.

    @bt_uk I cant believe the disgusting service I have been receiving from I signed up for phone line and broad band .have never had yet you take money every month set over 8 appointment for engineer no one shows up and the one that dose lie and says I wouldn't let him in yet

    @BritishGas From one extreme to the other. I sent a tweet yesterday to @bt_uk to say how great their customer service department was. On hold to British gas for 15 minutes, someone answers, then hangs up. Great!

    @bt_uk at the end of my tether. Ordered broadband in May. After phoning every day, issue after issue, we are still waiting. Following advice from @MoneyTelegraph, raise here for attention. Working at home, broadband is critical infrastructure this is disgraceful. Fix it, please!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk yes I have and I have made a complaint as this has been ongoing for months. @OpenreachHelp have been out numerous times and aborted appointments. This will now cause us financial issues as we are meant to have a systems working by this weekend. Please can someone help
