They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
