@bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

@bt_uk According to the automated phone call just recieved, my BT internet will be disconnected shortly due to people accessing my account without permission. Hung straight up. This is me reporting the problem to you. Thanks.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Your colleagues are stating the issue is with BT Wholesale who haven't signed off the switch over, and if this were to happen the issue would be resolved. Which seems to suggest it's easily resolved but a broken process is preventing it. Which makes this even more ridiculous!

1st world problems I get .. but BT have cut off my broadband + phone due to a fault +say they can't reinstate until 31st Jan. What a fun xmas we are in store for (not) thanks for absolutely nothing @bt_uk #crap @skytv don't let me down with the new service install in Jan.

@bt_uk You've left me without internet for 2 1/2 days because of two errors made by you & your engineer. I can't work until it's fixed and your policy is apparently not to compensate loss of earnings. I literally cannot afford to pay my mortgage and bills this month.
