  @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

  @bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

  @bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

  Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

  @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   Just cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

  @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
