@bt_uk According to the automated phone call just recieved, my BT internet will be disconnected shortly due to people accessing my account without permission. Hung straight up. This is me reporting the problem to you. Thanks.

@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Took a contract in Nov, order messed up at the time. Had hours on phone. Router performance is poor, found out I am still on the wrong plan,more hours on the phone. Said it was sorted yesterday and now accidentally cancelled my bt sport, calamitous.Still not sorted 4 months later

@jtwbailey @bt_uk Spoke to someone a few days ago and he was so obnoxious and rude definitely in the wrong job. Most have bent over backwards to at least try and help. Make sure you write everything down and ask for a copy of the call my issue is why are we paying for something that doesn't work

@bt_uk Your WiFi is actually terrible and my land lines got more crackling than a Hog roast, and then I can’t get on BT help chat because I’m not priority.
