  @bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

  @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

  @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @bt_uk My parents live in Abbotts Ann. They have been without phone and internet 2 WEEKS after roadworks. Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk haven’t fixed it. A disgrace!

  @bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
