    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @bt_uk Awful service from BT for a new installation. Moving over from PlusNet to BT as PlusNet cannot provide us with the Broadband that we need. We had an Engineer booked for 23Oct, it then got changed to 26Oct & Engineer never turned up. Now been told first slot is 6th Nov 😡

    @MissDemeanor07 @btbusinesscare are the worst customer services I’ve ever encounter. Promised to save me £120 a year, and so far it’s cost me £192 and that’s in just 14 days. Trying to contact them is impossible just passed from one operator to another!

    @bt_uk Your colleague who spoke to me on the phone did not suggest it was an area outage, he said we weren't getting the correct connection but could not send an engineer for 8 days. We have 4 people working from home here and no internet!

    @bt_uk hey can we have a chat about an internet connection problem. Pictures/ videos/content don't load when in apps eg. Twitter/BBC news/BBC sounds. Turning off WiFi, refresh and let content load, then turn WiFi back on fixes this. Thanks
