  • IanArnell Ian Arnell (@IanArnell) reported from Camberley, England

@bt_uk As a new customer I have been the model of patience that is now growing thin. I did the honourable thing over 5 hours ago and sent you a DM. I am still waiting for an answer. Please no, I know you are busy. @Ofcom

  • HenryJ489 Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

  • parentsnetindia Parentsnet.in (@parentsnetindia) reported from Wokingham, England

@bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

  • OutdoorDaveGB David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England

@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England

100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

  • Tsar_Nicholas Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • _gavinjones Gavin Jones (@_gavinjones) reported from High Wycombe, England

@bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

  • EddieEdwards16 Daniel Edwards (@EddieEdwards16) reported from Bracknell, England

Good work @btsport if ever you were going to have technical issues, save them for w penalty shoot out in a cup final 🙈

  • PF_BootCamp James Parker (@PF_BootCamp) reported from Reading, England

@bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

  • JohnGubba John Gubba (@JohnGubba) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

  • DoughnutDoney Doughnut Doney (@DoughnutDoney) reported from Benson, England

  • HenleyPhotos Henley-on-Thames (@HenleyPhotos) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • suemattingley Sue Mattingley 💙 (@suemattingley) reported

@bt_uk Had an email to say that the fault affecting Broadband on my estate had been fixed - and it immediately went down again. As working from home urgently need to know what’s going on to make arrangements for tomorrow. Help!

  • djaysteve DJAYSTEVE🎧🎤🎼 (@djaysteve) reported

@bt_uk I will be cancelling my account before it has even started because the imaginary hub that should have been delivered yesterday is "delayed." Till when? Complaint emailed to phillip jansen because it is impossible to get a coherent response from your customer services.

  • TheMakedah MDM 💙 (@TheMakedah) reported

@bt_uk has remained useless all 2020. No technical help available - just text support.

  • AdeMolajo Adé Molajo (@AdeMolajo) reported

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I swear Sky are downgrading the quality of their HD (i.e. non-UltraHD) channels. SkySportsF1 looks like garbage. If I watch a bog standard 1080p movie from a different source its crystal clear. Is this to push 4K? FWIW BTSport Ult looks phenomenal

  • laurenGrace_xx Lauren Walker 🖤 (@laurenGrace_xx) reported

@bt_uk this is 3 months into my contract with you, & your customer service is shocking. Let’s not forget upon installation, which firstly got delayed, then wasn’t installed correctly and took weeks to get a working connection, to now this. What is it I’m actually paying for?

  • Maximus2wheels North57 (@Maximus2wheels) reported

@HelsS19 @bt_uk Good luck! The trick is to make it very clear you are neither backing down nor walking away until they sort it and you expect to be compensated. They truly are awful at customer service, you need to keep demanding a supervisor until you get one who listens.

  • dcostin1 Dave (@dcostin1) reported

So after three years of issues, I have had enough and am now in the final weekend of my contract with @bt_uk and guess what? I haven’t had a stable signal since Thursday. It’s pathetic how bitter they are. Not the only one who has suffered either 😔big company, small mentality.

  • aidenskelly Aiden Skelly (@aidenskelly) reported

@virginmedia So you’ve sold me a service under false pretences and won’t compensate me? @SkyUK @btsport sort us out guys, I’m done with these mugs.

  • Maximus2wheels North57 (@Maximus2wheels) reported

@HelsS19 @bt_uk You are entitled for every day you have no broadband or phone. I went through customer complaints like a delhi curry

  • Disgustington69 Dick Skusting (@Disgustington69) reported

@bt_uk Thank you for trying to help. Thus far, the responses have been disgusting. I’ll be calling tomorrow, probably to cancel. Please answer this question: Can you believe, honestly, that an adviser has set up a contract with a 20Mbps router-only guarantee for £50pcm?
