@bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

  • CllrHelenTaylor Cllr Helen Taylor (@CllrHelenTaylor) reported from Maidenhead, England

@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

  • richardpotty (Potts) ATFC (@richardpotty) reported from Farnborough, England

Stop pronouncing German clubs in the stupid accent 🤦 #Bundesliga #btsport

  • Cranstead John Allen 🇬🇧🇿🇼 (@Cranstead) reported from Wokingham, England

NU v CFC BTSport- terrible commentary as per usual. The secret is to keep it simple and not continually talk bollocks....

  • OutdoorDaveGB David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England

@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

  • IanArnell Ian Arnell (@IanArnell) reported from Camberley, England

@bt_uk As a new customer I have been the model of patience that is now growing thin. I did the honourable thing over 5 hours ago and sent you a DM. I am still waiting for an answer. Please no, I know you are busy. @Ofcom

  • CllrHelenTaylor Cllr Helen Taylor (@CllrHelenTaylor) reported from Maidenhead, England

@bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

  • HenryJ489 Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

  • JohnGubba John Gubba (@JohnGubba) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

    @virginmedia Awful I'm leaving for @bt_uk

  • alickie66 alickie (@alickie66) reported

@PawelNotts @bt_uk @19904L I can't even get them to install it never mind sustain it. Lies, promises and no action

  • xrxvxb__ - (@xrxvxb__) reported

@bt_uk hi there’s no internet in the barkingside area - when will you fix it????

  • caw04 Caw04 (@caw04) reported

@bt_uk We are gonna try phoning tomorrow to try and figure out why we pay over 100 a month for rubbish speeds when in 2018 we was paying less for a better service from yourselves. I think you have been rinsing us dry for no reason. Ofcom might have to have a look.

  • alickie66 alickie (@alickie66) reported

@BradNelson_94 @bt_uk Try months after decades of loyal custom. Truly shocking service

  • VickyMichaels9 Vicky Michaels (@VickyMichaels9) reported

@bt_uk disgraceful. I have just learnt that the landline service is not going to be fixed for my Mums phone until 14th April. I was told on 2nd April it would be 48 hours. She is vulnerable (75 years old and with dementia), doesn’t use a mobile, never has.

  • Danjay114 Dan (@Danjay114) reported

@alickie66 @bt_uk My brothers got it an never had any problems! I just need any type of fibre! my pals are getting 3 latency in call of duty online I’m sitting on 40ping with virgin, constant disconnects

  • simonkirby86 Simon Kirby (@simonkirby86) reported

@bt_uk disappointed but not at all surprised with your customer service about a mobile issue that was all of your making. Couldn’t be bothered to deal with me so you hung up. I’d be angry but it’s not the first time (and knowing BT, it won’t be the last)

  • alickie66 alickie (@alickie66) reported

@Danjay114 @bt_uk I'm an existing BT customer over decades. Ordered fibre upgrade 23 Jan. Told then typically 5 days for installation/ certainly within month. All this time later, weeks of frustrations, wasted time waiting in for workers that don't turn up, made to feel like a liar by their 1/2

  • zachary_garber Gregg Hickman (@zachary_garber) reported

@BridgnorthWolf @SkyUK @bt_uk My expectation of good customer service is big & Sky don’t give a **** & it gets worse the longer you stay with them. If I thought it would get even worse, I would’ve cancelled. They did nothing about reducing broadband speeds. They are already higher with our new provider.
