@bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

@bt_uk You're calling and asking for sensitive information and encouraging customers to give that to you. You don't see the issue with that. So a scammer can call and ask for that same information and due to BT's own practice will probably be given that sensitive security information.
