100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

  • abisarah79 AS Lambert (@abisarah79) reported from Woodcote, England

@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation, they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cazybear Caroline Hastings (@cazybear) reported

@Seventy6Social @bt_uk My parents (in their 70’s) had the same issue for 50 days roughly. Daily contact made to BT, finally resolved recently. Good luck

  • Beckssim Becky Simpson (@Beckssim) reported

@bt_uk Unbelievable customer service. Over 2 month delay in providing service and yet again not ringing for a scheduled update as promised....

  • frdragonspouse Jill Hayward (@frdragonspouse) reported

@Crashed7 @bt_uk When it's working properly it's fine - although we've never approached the 150Mbps we're supposed to get - but then we're not high usage so, 70-80 mbps usually fine for what we want. 30-40 is pathetic, though. Far more drop-outs than we got with EE as well.

  • thechrisish Chris E (@thechrisish) reported

@btsport @Azzy666 Also happening here on a youview box, with the amount of tweets about this the problem is your end I'm afraid @btsport

@Seventy6Social @bt_uk Hi Sam, ur experience sadly sounds identical I’m sorry to say. My parents, like your mother have been through an awful time and their stress levels/anxiety was through the roof daily. In the end the only thing that seemed to ‘work’ was a letter to OFCOM & BT exec complaints dept

  • Crashed7 Crashed (@Crashed7) reported

@frdragonspouse @bt_uk BT is having a bad day among my twitter friends.

  • Snappersnap Matt (@Snappersnap) reported

@bt_uk £26.99 a month compensation of £20 if you can't fix it within a month how exactly is that a good deal to the consumer

  • MatthewHoneyma9 Matty O'Toole🇺🇦 (@MatthewHoneyma9) reported

@btsport @Azzy666 Sorry for barging into your tweet Stephen. But this seems to be a problem at your end @btsport It's been the same for me and many other customers (look at the comments) and it's been like this for weeks😕

  • CharlieKChats Charlie (@CharlieKChats) reported

@bt_uk Yes it had taken 5 weeks but the next morning an Openreach guy knocked the door and said it was all good to go. You made me send back kit and sent exactly the same again. I have everything but you say I still need to be connected. Please help. I genuinely can’t work offline.
