@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

So, if you have serious perseverance & ACTUALLY get through to a human being @bt_uk discuss your issue & get a call back. The call back comes and the manager on that call back puts the phone down on you as he’s getting agitated! Hope that was recorded for training purposes #FAIL

@bt_uk your service is unacceptable, I’ve been waiting since the 13th April to get broadband installed in my new house. Each time I phone I get told it’s openreach who are causing the issue. It’s time to stop blaming others and get yourself sorted out.

@bt_uk I recently upgraded my broadband and was sent a digital home phone which I did not want and wasn't mentioned when I initially upgraded I do not have mobile signal and would be unable to call 999 in a power cut my old landline has now been stopped.
