@bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

Gutted that #TheAshes has moved to @btsport. I mean it's bad enough you pay @skytv over £100/month and they want another £27/month for BT Sport.
