@bt_uk have been trying for several days to get thru to yr call centre with no success. Nor can online chat help. Even your complaints dept aren’t taking calls! I want to cancel our Account with immediate effect. How is it acceptable that a telecommunications Co won’t take calls?

@bt_uk HELP. I have two cut off elderly parents who live alone. We are very worried and it feels like no-one at BT is able to help at all. Order placed in July 'accidentally' disconnected in August and now have neither phone or data. This is no way to treat people! Terrible

Why is it, about once a year, for no obvious reason at all, your internet just goes down, and then you've to wait days for an engineer? Drives me insane, and their half-arsed attitude to getting it back up and running for you 😠 @bt_uk
