    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

    Dear @bt_uk Our mum is 94 yrs old in 2 weeks and relies on her landline phone Her service failed Oct23 Engineer said old handset needed replacing… mm? We chose BT to order a new one. But ‘tween you and @RoyalMail - it has not been delivered yet Can u help? @SueAuthor knows

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    Another day of bad experience with @virginmedia broadband service in RG6 area. Buffering on streaming service, no video calls possible on Skype and WhatsApp. Seriously thinking of switching to @bt_uk

    Unfortunately I have had to cancel Sunday’s live feed on Veeps due to poor internet speed on @bt_uk . We are supposed to be on Fibre with speeds of 52mbps but BT can only get to 4. Veeps will be issuing refunds to those who have bought tickets as soon as possible.

    Called @bt_uk to get my ridiculously high bill down from £60 per month for just internet + BT Sports and they managed to knock a tenner off a month, but that 15 min phone call to do so cost me £25 additional onto my phone bill this month 😣 sickening

    @bt_uk Had working Broadband, Upgraded to BT Full Fibre, external work complete no internal work started. BT turned off my working Broadband, 9 days on I still have no Broadband, 4 appointments, no one showing up, I call BT everyday, nothing from BT. Please contact and help. Exhausted.

Waiting six weeks for it was bad enough, schools calling me, stress of work and that, now it randomly went off. It worked fine before I wait for an hour to be told it wasn’t even installed! I explain it was!
