    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    @bt_uk I am amazed that you are still in business, your appalling customer service leaving my parents with no home phone, broadband that is not great, missed engineer appointments and on the wrong tariff and this is on going since OCTOBER, & she still pays u #eldery #vunerable

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk Been without wifi since the 25th. Had an engineer out today to tell us the transmitters have gone and because we're switching away on the 5th December there is nothing you can do. a refund for 10 days without the proper service would be appropriate

    @bt_uk I was saying thanks for the quicker speed, my download speed has gone from 69Mbps to over 350Mbps, the upload speed is always poor - it's the same for WiFi and ethernet connection

    @bt_uk shocking service. Engineer due yesterday morning to install internet phone....BT messaged to say he was just round the corner at 10am. Still no show. Wasted a days holiday, no calls, no show....time to change provider.

    @bt_uk went through the diagnostic bot and been advised my service is down until the 7th of December surely that’s not right I can’t access broadband or tv channels for a whole week?

    @bt_uk If you look at the history over the last two weeks it’s poor performance from BT. I had BT in my old house for over 20 years with no problems.
