@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

@bt_uk My mother on law is 92 and depends on her bt landline. Today it has developed a fault, no dialing tone, ringing but no connection on answer. Who can she contact as a vulnerable customer please. Automated services are no help.

@bt_uk At 4am every morning I get a big lag spike lasting about 5 or 10 mins. When this happens my ping jumps to 1000 when it’s usually around 85. I don’t want to raise a support ticket because it’s very difficult to describe the issue to support

@bt_uk Internet is back but this was not an isolated problem but one affecting the whole AL1 region. If you had admitted this when I called it would have saved me a load of hassle, booking an engineer I didn’t need etc
