  @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

  Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

  @BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

  @bt_uk What a joke! My parents live in Abbotts Ann. They have been without phone and internet 2 WEEKS after roadworks. Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s

'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine.   @bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?
