@bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

@bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

@mrjakehumphrey You’ve really shown yourself up here. What an embarrassing tweet. Wouldn’t exactly call you an early adopter. More better late than never. Podcasts reached over 100m people in 2020, a bit more than 200,000 who watch BTSport

@charlie79a @bt_uk I will be doing the same, despite my best efforts BT are just not interested in keeping me as a customer. They will get a short term gain from me and then a long term loss - it really is a business that does not look after its customers.

@paullewismoney @bt_uk I switched to them 3months ago, due to being cheaper than Sky. 10% increase almost straight away. And tied in for 2 years. They are crooks. For the first 3 days of service I had no broadband and had to work off my hotspot, which cost me £30 in data. They have never paid me back

@bt_uk Honestly, this copy and paste answer doesn't help, Aideen. When people are struggling with bills enough as is, the base 5.4% rise for inflation isn't enough for you - you tack on an extra 3.9% for the sake of "investment." Isn't that what last year's billion in profit is for?
