    @btsport hi I’ve been trying to contact bt customer services on the phone a few times to cancel my bf sport package but can’t get through (been on hold 3 times for 30 mins+ and keeps cutting off). Please can someone get in touch urgently to help. Thanks

    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    So looks like there is a problem with @bt_uk system and they never (re-)activated my broadband. Will they figure out how to do something as basic as activating a service? She is speaking to another team because Connections was no help to her. @MarcAllera @HwatsonBT

    @bt_uk Hey @MarcAllera , can you help me get my broadband back? 14 days and counting without service after an upgrade from Halo 2 to 3 was supposed to kick in. Your team won't tell me what is going on either! Terrible customer service so far!

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera Hey @HwatsonBT , it surely can't be a technological marvel to move from one product to another that is supposedly unbreakable! Upgrade from Halo 2 to 3 gave me a speed upgrade of -47mbps. Does it really take 14 days to fix this? (If they even bother calling me)

    Here we go again. 4th time lucky for @bt_uk to fit broadband (a month after the first supposed attempt on March 3rd)? Not looking good so far. Their system has us down for a “self install” We need a hoist to attach a cable to our house! How ‘self-install’ is that? Due 1pm
