    @bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

    @BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

    @BTCare Thanks. I am a BT Connect customer and I can never log on to free BT WiFi when I’m out. I’ve tried so many times that I now switch WiFi off when I’m not at home or in the office! God knows I pay enough for your service!

    @BTCare I am having trouble resolving an incorrect bill issue, I have been promised a call back twice by your call centres with the resolution but no one calls. The payment is due to be taken by DD on 21st July. If this isn’t resolved by tomorrow I will be cancelling the DD.

    Hey @BTCare when someone makes a complaint that hasn’t been resolved do you really need to send this? Line was installed wrong, you told me I had to complain to openreach as you can’t do it for me even though you’re my service provider. Why would I tell someone else to use you?

    @bt_uk The UK end listened and were helpful. Whereas the guy on the help desk blatantly ignored, to the point of rudeness, everything that was being told him. The sealer was telling my wife that it was a hardware issue and that she needed to take her laptop back to the manufacturer!

    Epic fail from @bt_uk help desk in trying to sort out our broadband issues. 4 calls. Same conversation. Same repetitive fault check list. Same result. Not listening. Never heard by wife - a respected IT specialist - lose her rag before but was pushed to the limits. Unbelievable.
