    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @Maverick_Jones @btsportmotogp Found it on the red button from BTSport 2. It’s not in HD and still using the Dorna feed for commentary. Appalling service. Literally only just resubscribed through Sky this week for the MotoGP coverage and now checking out cancellation terms. Disgusting 😔

    Any else frequently have problems with @bt_uk internet over past 12 months my internet keeps cutting out , And when phone them they say they are going send an engineer out but No ever comes . They happy to take £97 ish a month off me those

    If you are in Ireland and are disappointed with coverage of MotoGP and you are a NowTV customer make a complaint that there's no Btsport 5 or red button and you could get half price for four months. I did it earlier!
