    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @btsport it’s come to a point we’re it is becoming to expensive to watch Bt sport for me , and time to cancel my Bt sport football , it’s a shame really, how people afford it , is beyond me.

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk I know what's happening. The EE network covering in my area isn't strong enough for the hybrid connect to get more than one bar. Really, I didn't want all this, I just wanted to drop BT Sport, but the customer service guy wasn't for taking no for an answer.

    @CCriadoPerez @bt_uk This is happening to me too! 6months and 5 engineers later - they just keep sending someone out but do not resolve the main issue if installing supply. How does one complaint? C’mon @bt_uk please sort it out.

    @bt_uk I had called and spoken to someone. They said I would receive an update today but this has not been forthcoming. Furthermore you did not tell us that we would lose connectivity for 3 days with a new installation. Rubbish service!

    Please can you help @bt_uk ? My 78yo mum has had her @Facebook suspended for suspicious activity but can’t reset password as account is linked to her old btinteret email address. This must be a regular problem so hope you can advise on options please. @Facebook so far ignoring me

    @bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove For what it is worth, have spoken to BT network team. There is an issue with iplayer and EE which BT and BBC R&D have been trying to fix for two months. No idea if/when it will be fixed.

    Hi there, my son's just been on your group chat for an hour. @bt_uk He's currently working night shifts. When he signed up for BT internet, the initial service provided was patchy. My son wanted to cancel his contract (within the cooling off period). He was persuaded not to.
