.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

@bt_uk Anyone else might be employing engineers actually willing to do their jobs and not take almost two years and multiple visits before one of them finally bothers to check the exchange and find the loose cable, despite being told about the high resistance fault by Customer Care Team
