    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk The messages say I can claim it now, it is then sent up to 14 days after the service is up and running. It says there is a time limit on claiming it.

    @bt_uk The line is breaking down because it's made up of aluminium and copper and it's been exposed to the elements for 60 years. You refuse to replace it until 2025 minimum. That's my problem. The whole village is pissed.

    @bt_uk You mean like all the promised call backs that I asked for and never got not thank you I can do without the stress that I've been going through with bt. Faulty routers promised callbacks didn't tell me my direct debit was cancelled sending engineers out on the wrong job etc
