    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

    @IAmCodeNinja @bt_uk £62 pm for Virgin Media 1GB - although they're doing an offer for much less at the moment. Little to no issues - had FTTP at my last house, this one has copper - and it doesn't seem to make much difference. Or the other fibre providers - CityFibre et al if avail.

    @bt_uk I just want to add that you are a joke been at my new house for over 2 and half years and you still are having problems getting my Wifi. To add salt to the wound you have had two engineer’s appointments cancelled in the last two weeks!! No one seems to have a clue!

    @bt_uk Still no sign… unlikely it will come now… day 6 of no internet that I pay a lot for. Switching to sky at the end of the month because this is less than acceptable for a service I was sold as never interrupted.

    @WolfmansGotNard @marrinlr @ThatsFootballTV I have approached both Sky and BTSport about a pay-per-View option where we can watch our own team every week, both declined saying it was the clubs who don’t want it as it would dilute fans attending games…which is crap,but they could make a fortune! You can’t get tickets!
