BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Holledge Simon Holledge (@Holledge) reported

@bt_uk Openreach is wholly owned by BT. You could like all the addresses if you wanted to. Unfortunately BT use this as a means of forcing sub-standard service on users. This is deplorable.

  • salmidach Salmidach (@salmidach) reported

So @bt_uk let me get this straight..... I report a fault where you said it was an admin error and would be fixed within 24 hours. 48 hours later, no fix so cancelled service by giving 30 days notice and you then can't be bothered to fix the issue, but expect me to pay for it!!!

  • Bomchica1 Bomchica (@Bomchica1) reported

@btsport can you fix your mobile stream there is constant lag watching NCAA basketball it's getting irratating on the eyes

  • JKPhillips_ Jordan Phillips (@JKPhillips_) reported

An absolute shambles of a service by @bt_uk - suppose to have an engineer round between 8-1 today. No show. Got fobbed off with a load of excuses saying they’d be here. Tried to phone just now. Been on phone for 46 mins. Shambles. Money grabbing arseholes

  • spazwangle SinkingSpinning (@spazwangle) reported

@bt_uk I never fail to berate isp's normally but the 900mb fttp from BT I had installed a couple of months ago gives me a semi on

  • Bluebazza58 Barry Garfield (@Bluebazza58) reported

@bt_uk hi. I cannot connect my Sky Q mini box to the internet in my summer house. This has been a problem for over a year. Thanks

  • Holledge Simon Holledge (@Holledge) reported

@bt_uk If I attempt to use that method, I am refused fibre to the cabinet and I am asked to still pay for a very slow, minimal and outdated service, despite the proper internet connections being offered to my neighbours. BT should NOT be taking addresses off the database [period].

  • abp_arsenal Alan Peters (@abp_arsenal) reported

@bt_uk Our broadband was terrible. Then we left BT. Now it is a bit better.

  • Holledge Simon Holledge (@Holledge) reported

@bt_uk Openreach is wholly owned by BT. You could list all the addresses if you wanted to. Unfortunately BT use this as a means of forcing sub-standard service on users. This is deplorable.

  • harriet_tucker H (@harriet_tucker) reported

@bt_uk can you help please? Someone was supposed to turn up today to instal our new internet and it hasn’t happened. This is the third time now it’s ridiculous!
