    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk Your Fault's Team have supposedly dealt with this twice- booked 2 engineers, neither of which turned up. I asked to escalate it, and was told that cannot happen till the 3rd non-attendance, which says a great deal about BT's aftercare service to its customers!

    Impressed with @EE support last night & text based line check with @bt_uk which saw an @OpenreachHelp engineer here first thing to fix a line issue. Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Your colleague Emmett has all the details, Sharon. I’m incredibly disheartened & disappointed with the service that we have received. The engineer is apparently stating that they came to the house at 0930. I can assure you they didn’t.
