@bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

There are better devices out there to supply backup power and also ways to basically continue to have power when off grid
