  @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

  Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

  @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
