Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk As an ex-employee of BT Cust Service for 15 yrs myself, your swift reply is impressive. Annoying thing is that service was fine until 2 engineers appeared across the road. Then service went down and they disappeared, without a word of apology or explanation.
