Have you, like me, had #fttp fitted by @bt_uk in last 12 mths & then had an horrific experience leading to you cancelling? Only then to be told by numerous providers they cannot take over your service as #BT have rights to fttp for first 24mths after fitting? @Ofcom

@bt_uk BT encourage me to join EE with a exclusive deal encourage me to port my number. Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.

@bt_uk is the worst provider for Internet!!! Rang them on 30th to organise Internet set up. Still no Internet. No date for switch on. No date for appointment to do so. Appalling service. No compensation offered. Do not go with BT!!!!!!!
