@btsport Could you kindly inform me of how to cancel your service which we have via sky? I telephoned this morning and was rudely told that I would have to call Sky. Your website indicates otherwise.

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

@bt_uk That’s fine, except BT told me I had to pay £14/m and that was my only option and were happy for me to cancel my whole contract. It was only when I googled I found out the alternative. Clearly HT happy to rip off unknowing customers

Sam Howson

@bt_uk Appalling customer service continues. There is no evidence on our account of not having any broadband or phone line provided for 6 weeks following a storm. Continued to be billed, £43 taken each month, no apology, service, system isn't joined up and provides no support.
-
Andrew P. Sykes

The @VodafoneUK advert says their broadband is “5 times as reliable…”. When I changed to Vodafone broadband (because it was cheaper) it regularly stopped working. I went back to @BT_UK, paid more and got a great service.

@bt_uk Had issues with my bt box. The TV repeatedly turns on and off. 2 TV’s have broken and we’re now on our third. It’s clearly a box issue and not a TV issue. We had a new box a few months ago but it’s still happening. Currently paying £80 a month for this. How do I cancel?

@bt_uk I’m furious, spent 1 hour on the phone today ,after feeling I’ve been pushed into a package which I wasn’t given the full information. I opened a complaint, within hours I’ve been told the complaint been closed? I’ve had no contact from yourselves to discuss an outcome .
-
Andrew Trimnell
(@trimbone) reported
@bt_uk This has been reported twice already, not heard from anybody apart from an email stating your complaint has been resolved. Unbelievable. The work standard is a disgrace, with the damage to brickwork, no weather proofing, poor cable rooting, no cable protection.

Rosie

@bt_uk Hi Dee, I spoke to BT on the phone and they want £14 extra a month (I am paying £30/m so 50% increase) to make sure I have wifi in every room. I am still within my 14 day cancellation period and BT would rather me cancel & go with Sky than give any better price!
