    @btsport it’s come to a point we’re it is becoming to expensive to watch Bt sport for me , and time to cancel my Bt sport football , it’s a shame really, how people afford it , is beyond me.

    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @bt_uk @mapesdave Forced to a digital service without it being tested having been on a. Analogue line all his life and at that property for 40 years without issue. Why are you targeting and cutting off vulnerable people without testing a service is fit for purpose. Lawsuit time I guess

    @bt_uk No connection to servers but can still browse the web. Used ipconfig commands, disabled firewall, checked my router settings to see problems in my area, nothing has changed. Only thing I can think of is the new digital voice thing with the phones but I don’t use that, any help?

    @xxsnzz @bt_uk What issues have you had? Maybe you could ask for a deadlock after going down the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) I have contacts in the industry so may have some ideas on how to get it sorted.

    @bt_uk Can’t I just request a replacement hub? It’s never been the same since I got the hub 5 as I’m not paying for an engineer if they can’t find any faults I’m paying for a service that’s not fit for use
