@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

@bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

having fibre to premises installed by @bt_uk is the worst experience I have had with any company ever, 5 missed appointments when they finally arrive 3 months later only fit the outside as it’s “not on their job” date now in April so if they arrive 5 months to have it installed

@bt_uk But what about the temporary fix promised last Monday (8.2.21)? What further work do they need to complete? They’ve visited site, need to give us date for main fix but no reason temp fix can’t be done immediately. Open reach told us that when they visited week last sat.
