It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
