    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk Hi, my BT hub went solid orange in colour over an hour ago and have stayed that way. My father who lives 5 miles away has also had the same problem. Oxfordshire. Is there a problem? We’re running on very patchy 4G so difficult to call / log in to register faults. Thanks!

    @bt_uk You are. And the speeds are very good (150Mbps). The app is fine most of the time, but every minute or so the picture gets juddery for about 10 seconds. Same whether I use Wifi or Ethernet. I have no problems with any other streaming service, wired or wireless.
