@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk Paula, tried the link sent, no live chat available. Since first contact been in hospital without my phone usable. I note a message from BT yesterday informing me my next month's cap is used to the old spend limit again. BT have totally let me down, be ashamed.

@bt_uk It was working fine the next morning, This was no use to me since I operate my business from home and have deadlines to stick to, this meant I had to use my mobile data to upload client packages. less than ideal to have my broadband down for many hours!
