It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
