@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk SEVEN?!!!! That's horrendous. I used to be with BT then went over to Eclipse who have a fantastic service, hardly ever lose the Internet - but guess what, they lease their fibre and phone lines from BT. How come I get a better service/customer service than you? #BTSUCK!
