So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
