    @btsport first time I have prescribed to your football. How do I cancel straight away. It was more man united Tv. Then man united tv is. Can’t justify paying for this

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

    @BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk hi how do I talk to someone re wifi set up if there isn’t a landline connected to it? Having trouble setting up wifi but when phoning the available numbers it asks for a “BT number you’d like to talk about”

    @bt_uk we're on the top home package and have been for years how do businesses cope with this problem - how much extra is a business package if it has some sort of guarantee there are many people working from home (not because they want to) experiencing this what do we do exactly ?

    When you receive an email from BT TV saying you’re losing some of your channels but you can pay more to keep them by taking a bigger pack you don’t need. Then another series record fails!! Epically poor. If I’m paying more @BTCare i will be paying it to sky
