Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

@bt_uk No, it did not work and he suggested it was a problem with the router. As BT have breached the terms of the contract I now have no option but to move service in order to be able to do my job so will be cancelling both my contract and all payments with immediate effect.

@bt_uk No Chris they're a sky customer... However the point still stands. Why on earth is a BT engineer ignoring a fault clearly created while he was up the pole? I've used the @SkyUK account to run a line test and book an engineer visit but it's 2-5 days...
