    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk Why would we want bad internet speed spread across a wider area. The reason we have it is to get internet across a wider area at good speeds

    @bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    Dont ever use @bt_uk broadband for online gaming. Shocking service and slow speeds despite what was promised. Don't buy anything from BT, they haven't upgraded anything in decades.

    @bt_uk we have had no internet for 7 days, it’s getting very difficult trying to work from home. The least BT could do is send an alternate to help in the meantime. I really regret switching @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Yes a complaint is logged,I want to know when I will get a call about this, your colleague told me on Friday I would receive a call to discuss the complaint and issues I was having. Your colleague also told me on Friday that a cable was damaged or rusted. So someone is lying??

    @bt_uk I spoke to one of your customer service advisors and they sent someone to check the cabling to my property and it seems to of fixed the issue it hasn’t dropped out since 👍

    @BTCare Hi. I just had an engineer out to fix my internet - he left about 15 minutes ago. It’s gone down again already... calling is a nightmare as the line is bad. Can you help?
