Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.
