    @AppleSupport @BTCare not sure who I should be contacting. Bought a knew MacBook Pro tried connecting it to my broadband keeps saying the Wi-fi network Wi-fi requires a WPA2 password. I’m putting in the password. Please help

    @BTCare All blue on wireless. Internet not so much the issue as the TV. Paying for HD, near full package and channels constantly glitchy or simply dont work. Terrible #CustomerExperience tied into a horrible contract

    @BTCare don’t really give you much for loyalty, been with them for 4 or 5 years I think, moved house last year and had to sign up for 18 months because i was moving, have to cancel my contract again as moving and they are charging me £124, won’t be back again. #thanks #bt @bt

    .@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service

    @BTCare . @bt_uk @BTCare Yea there’s no known issues in my area. Just your support sucks and gives bad suggestions for fixes. Suggesting changing WiFi settings because the hub can’t connect to _your_ network doesn’t make sense and wastes time
