    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

    @bt_uk how can I check my router is working properly? Ever since I regraded my wi-fi quality has been terrible. Still connected to internet but my devices (iPhones, iPads, laptop, etc) all lose connection. Even the Wi-Fi extender light goes red.

    @bt_uk on hold for ovef an hour this morning and then you cut me off. 4 hrs trying to sort a problem that should take 5 minutes. I give bt nearly a £1000 a year. Today I will be ending our families +40 year association with bt. Had enough.

    @Tra8219 @bt_uk Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down shout 3 week ago and they're still not giving out sorting any interest in fixing it. So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job
