    @bt_uk Hi. When it drops it goes red to green to blue. It looks like the speed is slowly handshaking its way down to zero. Every drop restarts and lowers the speed

    @btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

    @bt_uk I tried to report this. And instead of the advisor trying to help resolve it, she said the line is working fine on their end and that I need to plug in ethernet cables and connect to all devices I need to use. Mentioned this isn't practical as the devices are in... 2 of 3

    @HwatsonBT Please, help. Since 3 September BT cut me off bandwidth & Internet. A spurious request to take my number has ruined my service. I told your fraud team not to do it but you did anyhow. Since then I waited six weeks to get turned on. You cut me off 3 times since! @bt_uk

    @bt_uk is it standard procedure for operators not to call back when a call gets disconnected (call went silent then eventually hung up)? As far as I can tell the line problems were on your end, or the operator hung up which I hope wasn’t the case!
