  • PollyCziok Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, England

Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

  • lastminutepete Peter McLoughlin (@lastminutepete) reported from Hillingdon, England

@btsport He called the the ref an idiot. And that is why he is a ****, and always will be. No way back from that. ****** of the highest order. Can’t stand him.

  • eventsbykitch Michael Kitchener (@eventsbykitch) reported from London, England

  • daisymcandrew Daisy McAndrew (@daisymcandrew) reported from Brentford, England

@Fraggle_D6 @afneil @SkyUK @BTCare Make sure you log a formal complaint and get compensation for every day of no service. Good luck!

  • joemjeffrey Joe (@joemjeffrey) reported from London, England

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

  • robertwoolley Robert Woolley 🇬🇧🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@robertwoolley) reported from Brentford, England

It rained yesterday. Phone line down again. This is the fourth time in six months. @bt_uk are hopeless.

  • MarzennaC Marzenna Czubowicz (@MarzennaC) reported from Brentford, England

@bt_uk You should first try to help existing customers not trying to get new with such a horrible service!

  • Nitin_s1 Nitin Suriacant (@Nitin_s1) reported from Brentford, England

    @GohilAnish @SkySportsPL @premierleague @SkyFootball @btsport @btsportfootball @PrimeVideo I know wtf 😒😒😒 no wonder people illegally stream it

  • ManUtd_BITW Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

  • dankell Dan Kelly (@dankell) reported from Camden Town, England

So between @bt_uk and @parcelforce I’ve had no delivery of new router and no engineer to do a line check. And no resolution to either complaint.

  • millykr Milly Kenny-Ryder (@millykr) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

  • dadzoola dadzoola (@dadzoola) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

  • jackbremer UPGRADIAN Jack 🔶 (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

  • robinhood126sta robinhoodpub (@robinhood126sta) reported from St Albans, England

    @btbusinesscare signal issues @robinhood126sta #help

  • Mike_E_Neale Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

  • LKT2011 LT✨✨ (@LKT2011) reported from Barnet, England

@Foxigav @btsportrugby @btsport You asked a question. I answered it for you. I never suggested money laundering was ok. I never suggested anything was legal or otherwise. You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

  • Matboy_Slim Matt the Cab (@Matboy_Slim) reported from Camberwell, England

What ********..... you now gotta shell out to Amazon for Premier league games yet @btsport are trying to sweeten the deal with WWE

  • martinTayx Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • darrellskipper Darrell Skipper (@darrellskipper) reported

Why does the UFC replay function never ever EVER work on @btsport the morning after an event. Always end up on YouTube watching dodgy highlights just to avoid spoilers. Sort it out @btsportufc

  • AJSC1991 Aaron Campbell (@AJSC1991) reported

@bt_uk Lights cycle through all 3 colours. Takes a minute to fix. Tried to call but got a text message and the phone put down. The text messages say there's no issue with the internet/line

  • naylor_adam Ads (@naylor_adam) reported

@bt_uk I have to say, spoke to someone yesterday, he chased openreach, explained incorrect order had been placed and that was with a team to fix. Said likely to be Monday to be fixed but was sorted this morning. Great work.

  • WRN89 Will. 🇬🇧 (@WRN89) reported

The only consolation about the Lions tour being over is never having to listen to @WillGreenwood awful commentary. Can see why @btsport never offered him a job.

  • Artannes fighting corruption (@Artannes) reported

@bt_uk won’t let me buy a new disc. To do so proves that their claim of wifi throughout the house is false. Now they have wound down the speed and asked me to increase it for yet more money. Their offer is a scam.

  • vexwerewolf *💉* I LIKE TO HAVE EVIL VAX (@vexwerewolf) reported

.@bt_uk The internet's been down for more than an hour now. This is completely unacceptable.

  • beachjunkey Lee White (@beachjunkey) reported

So. We suffer with **** poor internet service from @bt_uk. Yesterday I was told we’re not guaranteed Wi-Fi connection. Even though they push’how great their Wi-Fi connection is’ on the ads.we get dropouts. They closed our case with a big **** you! #dontgiveashit #poorservice

  • chriscole78 Chris Cole (@chriscole78) reported

@bt_uk Obviously broadband is less important but I don’t think it’s acceptable that there is no phone signal for that length of time. Family has analogue phone but I understand this is to be phased out soon.

  • alom18_alom Muhammad Alom (@alom18_alom) reported

@bt_uk 1 week no landline no internet no clear indication on when we will get our service back. Shame the biggest Telecom company unable to fix a problem for over 6 days

  • chinleyman gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported

@bt_uk Hi folks my computer is ethernet connection, and as per my tweet the test ran had massive value in Ping and then all three boxes went to 0, no broadband. As per usual its back to circa 21mbps so until it completely fails I think you’ll struggle to find problem.
