@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

"Upgrading" to @EE has been the worst decision I've made so far this year. I lost 20Mbps off my download speed (only had 55 to begin with) and now not even @BTCare seems to be able to guarantee the speeds I had 7 days ago.🙃
