@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

@bt_uk what an absolute joke of a company you are. You come out to replace the telephone pole, break it, and then can’t even offer a way to directly get someone out to fix it! Potentially 3 days with no internet now because your call centre will only help if the pole is damaged!

@bt_uk Your Full Fibre broadband is not fit for purpose. The drop off from room to room is ridiculous. I couldn’t even get 1mpbs in my sons room today. Both of my kids are begging that I go back to @VodafoneUK Your solution is to get me to pay even more money for complete wifi!
