@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

@bt_uk Switched to BT in January and my internet us worse than with my provider! The wifi (via Ethernet connection) service drops out quite regularly whilst at the pc; can’t Zoom as I freeze & drop out the meeting - even if no one else is using wifi in my house!

@bt_uk Waited 22 days for an engineer to show up for Slow speeds and Internet Dropout issues! 5 visits booked and 4 of them were NO show! Engineer advises to call BT! LOL No communication from case manager.. Maybe @Ofcom can help? I’m not the only one complaining by looks of it!

So have been to my shop today & find that @bt_uk have been on to my property, dug a hole, laid cables, run those cables up my shop wall (drilling into my wall) & across to service other shops. Without mine or my partners permission.
