Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

I also note new customer deals who are have passed there tie in period are paying 45 a month or there abouts after month 24. Not right to be fleecing pensioners.

eddy477 (@EdEddy477) reported@bt_uk Hi Paul, unfortunately I have tried that twice and they refuse to help as they were signed up to a new contract in feb for 2 years! Signed up to halo3 from fibre 1. I dont believe they were aware of what they were being sold and hence agreed to whatever was suggested to them.
