@bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

@bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk you've made my elderly parents swap home landlines (copper wired) for some running off WiFi. They don't work. They've repeatedly asked for help & told you'll do everything to resolve, but each person you send, tell them it's not their area of expertise. They are stressed.

Yet again @virginmedia can't deal with me over the phone, telling me to call back on Friday. Yet again, being charged for a service I'm not even using any more, having had @bt_uk fibre up and running for the last ten days. Pathetic, frankly - although I guess it's a good earner..
