  @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

  @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

  @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

  @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on
