First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!
