Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk finding it impossible to speak to anyone today - it’s on behalf of my mother in law who doesn’t understand the new package and equipment you say she has ordered - tho she says she never did! Can we DM about it please?

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

@bt_uk Where we live we can’t get a signal from an aerial, or a line of sight to the satellites so we are reliant upon what comes through the cable. Or did you mean retune what comes over broadband?
