I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. There was nothing further they could/would do.

Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
