    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk still requiring clarification from the DM I sent + cancellation of broadband service because I had enough! Overcharged and need refund.

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @bt_uk Why is broadband so "cheap" but, the cost of line rental goes up and up ? Loyal customer of almost thirty years but, still being charged an arm and a leg. The cable from the cabinet to my house is still the same as it ever was.

    So BT @bt_uk are now cold calling me about the switch to Digital Voice. As with all cold calls I assume it is from a thief and hang up. What happens if I don't confirm I accept the 'upgrade' to Digital Voice which will mean a new handset and no phone during power cuts?

    @bt_uk can you DM me…tried phoning 08007830056 to cancel service at property I have recently sold but told it sent be disconnected for 30 days so what’s to stop new owners racking up call charges? If you disconnect on day of sale why charge for 30 days ?

    @paullewismoney @bt_uk I received a letter with the date of the switch over. It happened with no issues, the sound is clearer, but in a power cut I would have no phone. They ask you to let them know if you do not have a mobile as backup.
