    @BTCare how are you meant to organise cancelling a service when 1 you’re on hold for nearly an hour then get cut off 2 when you eventually speak to someone they have an error on screen and will ring you straight back…but don’t!!! 3 hours later still no call back!!!!

    @bt_uk Why the rather poor showing every since my switch over to BT FTTP. Initially was left with no internet while working from home, with no help. Was promised won't be billed for the no service days. 2 months later still no sign of credit on the bill? Do I have to call again?

    @bt_uk This may be unbreakable, but your fibre to property is far from unbreakable, especially when yourself, openreach and any number of third parties have access to the junction box, causing total internet blackout for anyone on the street who is unfortunately on BT.

    @virginmedia This is literally the worst customer service. I have been hung up on 5 times by your cancellation team over the past hour. This is on top of you constantly pushing back the installation date so @bt_uk sorted us out within 2 days. You are a joke.
