@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

@BigBlueDave @bt_uk @btsport @btsportfootball @YouTube Similar speeds, similar problem. Switched router off/on and it's much improved. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

Dear @bt_uk Please stop advertising that you have fast and reliable internet when, from my testing, you are clearly having capacity issues due to the increase of people using the internet during lock down. Diverting my internet to far away servers, making it rather slow.

@bt_uk I still have no install date, no communication on the install or complaint and have been sent a BT bill which I find unbelievable! Please call me urgently as I need to make sure the bill is not active and no money will be taken as I will be changing the account plan as well
