    Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @btsport Tried to log in with details saved . Wont let me as normal . Hopeless service never get to anyone . About anything had it with you lot . Dreadfull service .

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @ClareMWilkins @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down shout 3 week ago and they're still not giving out sorting any interest in fixing it. So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

    ☝🏼☝🏼 Still no change for such a terrible security breach @bt_uk #broadband Do you what to know if someone’s home? Are you stalking someone? Easy - Check their router to see if their device is connected. Had I known about this lack of privacy, I would not have switched to BT

    @bt_uk I've tried to call to cancel my broadband contract but your customer service line just says there's a problem and they can't connect me. Given that cancellation is time-sensitive, and BT doesn't seem to offer any other way to do this, what options do I have?

    Why is @bt_uk so hard to get hold of? 2 of the numbers just hang straight up! BT-finally got my upgrade and now have no internet? Going on nearly a week and I’ve been patient but used up all my spare data on my phone now so any chance of it being fixed asap? #mumlosinghermind 🙃

    @bt_uk INCORRECT! How do you think I was able to take this screenshot? @bt_uk I used to use a @virginmedia router which had a login page AND a logout button. Nobody was able to see anything except me. Please do the same ASAP
