    @bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @bt_uk I was looking into why Lothian Broadband are the only company to offer me full fibre at 1gb download speed. Will BT be able to offer me this in the near future? Is there a period when another company owning the fibre cables allow BT onto their network?

    @bt_uk sent an EE mini hub to use until our broadband can be installed in our new build home, spent today speaking with numerous people because the sim card has not been activated for data use. One adviser logged a complaint escalation, and then closed it. Help please

    @bt_uk your mini hub is so poor it doesn’t work 90% of the time and when it does I get max 5 mbps download and LESS than 1 Mbps upload
