Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk Price recently increased by 16+%, BB speed down by 18% and below guaranteed minimum. Had engineers look at things but they manage to wriggle out of it. Empty promises by BT of fibre to the house and that was the main driver for staying with you.

@bt_uk Hello, We have a leak on our street which apparently is next to bt cable so you need to move this before Thames water can fix it. It’s been going on for weeks and it’s getting worse. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and can’t even walk safely across the road in my flip flops!!
