@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

@bt_uk should have swapped to call flow on Wednesday due to BT providing awful internet - still waiting to connect with them. Somehow even though our service is cancelled with you we still have BT Wi-fi 🥴🤔 I hope we aren’t getting charged for this. @OpenreachHelp won’t sort it

@btsport When trying to sign up for a monthly pass, if you're using Chrome, it errors once you get to the payment stage. Claims you're aware of it, clearly not the case. Works in Edge because it is less stringent about referrers and CORS policy.

@bt_uk your service is impossible to navigate. We tried to connect a new router but there’s no internet connection. We booked an engineer visit for Tuesday, an email confirmed a visit but no date or time. We need to talk to a human in connections without waiting half an hour
