    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @RogeeDave2 @bt_uk Apparently Eurosport and Discovery were removed 27th May from older BT TV packages, although I was watching it yesterday. It's still on my BT TV app at the moment so I'm able to cast it. Been told if you're on a newer package a manual system update may help.

    @bt_uk So what are BT going to do to help? Or are they going to keep ripping off customers, potentially costing lives in a power cut meaning they can’t use their digital voice landline to call emergency services?

    @bt_uk So I’ve just ordered BT FTTP with digital voice and got the battery back up unit with it aswell. The only problem is, is that the battery back up unit only plugs into the ONT, which doesn’t have a telephone socket, meaning it’s utterly useless as the hub can’t be powered🙄

    @bt_uk It’s fine it’s all sorted now But it doesn’t solve the battery back up problem. It’s a complete and utter waste of money

    @bt_uk hi there, my broadband speeds dropped to less than 15mb on Friday and I reported it through the BT app. I’ve been away since Sunday and just got back and it’s still bad and still says no known issues.
