So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@Set_To_Fail @bt_uk I don’t know how any of it works but all I know is we were getting average download speeds of 3mb with BT and we now get around 68mb. Used to constantly drop out on BT but is fine now. Multiple devices never worked on BT but fine now. Much better.

Either way VAR IS ****. Loved the days when we would talk after the match about how **** the ref was! It’s what it. We could deal with that. It levelled out over the season. VAR is just ruining the game because it takes all the fun out the game. #var #lfc #btsport
