@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

@bt_uk having to soft reset numerous times and retune tv channels at least once a week! Not really the service I signed up for. I would warn anyone thinking of switching that whilst the broadband is great, the tv service is crap.
