@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

Interestingly, we should be owed most of our internet cost back this month since @BT_UK have still to fix this fault. (A fault which is still not showing up on my account, but the site now shows a "Planned maintenance" banner that's brand new...)
