@bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@SkyHelpTeam Excellent good news. In that case @SkyUK 1, @bt_uk 0. But swings and roundabout, we had to cancel parents Sky after 14 years due to the Sky price hike and here we add BB to our Sky TV and leave BT after 7+ years.

@bt_uk I cant check the status on my issue as it requires bt landline number but i dont have bt landline I only have bt broadband so I can't check the status on when will it be fix but I got a text saying it should be fix today by 23:59pm or if not I would requires compensation.
