-
Gary Jones (@garageowns) reported from Hackney, England@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time
-
Joe Maguire (@Jmaguire2) reported from Hackney, England@btsport commentary has to be the worst thing, they're just talking rubbish. 'not a bad game this' is the least useful comment you could come up with
-
Martin Warner (@mwarn73) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk It has Aisling, that doesn’t make it good customer service, that just delays my order by another 2 weeks.
-
-
Daniel Hirschmann (@danielhirschman) reported from Hackney, EnglandWow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!
-
グラハム・スミス® (@BancoDePapa) reported from Tottenham, England@elacha123 Same here..... Got more response via Twitter from @bt_uk and @ScottishPower than their service desks..... #poorcustomerservice
-
Sabrina J. Elliott (@SJEIsAnAuthor) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.
-
DreamLion1986 (@DLion1986) reported from Stratford, England@btsport @btsportfootball lol why can’t the commentators be honest and just say even with injuries team selection have been poor and they are a victim of there own ego!
-
darren tedeschi 🇦🇺 🇮🇹 🇺🇦 (@darrentedeschi) reported from Islington, EnglandNot even a full @bt_uk user yet but already the customer service and the installation part of this company is such a disaster and a missed opportunity to help out this disgruntled person!
-
Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.
-
The Star PA (@TheStarPA) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk I have been trying to help a client with their complaint for long time. It includes a residential and a business account. It has been impossible to follow up over the phone. It seems that the only department available is sales. Could you please tell me what to do next? Thx
-
Eduardo Kerr–Oliveira (@eodsgn) reported from Hackney, England@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.
-
🥬 🍓 Mariana Feijó 🍓 🥬 (@MarianasBits) reported from Hackney, EnglandWhat I want to know is who will reimburse me for the service I’m paying for while not being able to use it & who’s paying for the extra data I’m having to pay for in order to do my actual work which pays for my home & food? @TalkTalk @bt_uk (3/3)
-
Scott Brindley (@scottyboy1973) reported from Poplar, England@CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

BT lie to customers.
-
Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
