Dave O'Carroll (@DaveOCarroll) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk Hi. I’m having issues with my home hub. Have tried the text route but no one has got back to me. Can you help?
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help
-
Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.
-
Polly Cziok (@PollyCziok) reported from Hackney, EnglandOur @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.
-
Steve Rowley (@MidEssexOD) reported from Islington, England@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.
-
novice (@jjjecannon) reported from Hackney, England@bt_uk huge problems with my email, unable to access on my phone, unable to delete on my computer, is this supposed to be improved????
-
Kriss Baird (@krissbaird) reported from Islington, England@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers
-
Martin Warner (@mwarn73) reported from Poplar, EnglandSo in my ongoing battle with the idiots at @bt_uk A week has now passed and still no internet and tonight 50 mins on the phone and no answer. Worst customer service ever...
-
Colin McFarlane (@colinmcfarlane) reported from Hackney, England@btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽
-
Tom Grundy (@ThomasGrundy3) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!
-
Wayne Lloyd (@wayneos) reported from Poplar, EnglandThe biggest problem at United are the Glazers and their puppet Woodward. If they cared as much about the team as they did getting the crest on tractors and mattresses things would be a lot better at @ManUtd #PLtonight @btsport
-
🥬 🍓 Mariana Feijó 🍓 🥬 (@MarianasBits) reported from Hackney, EnglandFinally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

The Star PA (@TheStarPA) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk I have been trying to help a client with their complaint for long time. It includes a residential and a business account. It has been impossible to follow up over the phone. It seems that the only department available is sales. Could you please tell me what to do next? Thx
-
paulusthewoodgnome (@woodgnomology) reported from Poplar, England@BigBlueDave @bt_uk @btsport @btsportfootball @YouTube Similar speeds, similar problem. Switched router off/on and it's much improved. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.
-
Gary Jones (@garageowns) reported from Hackney, England@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

-
Ryan Heatly (@RyanHeatly) reported from City of London, England@lee4ord @btsport @SkySports Not a bad shout
-
Martin Warner (@mwarn73) reported from Poplar, EnglandFunny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@bt_uk As yet again the email service is faulty and not available for some time isn't it about time a rebate was given to your customers for not being provided with the service they pay for?
-
Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.
