So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

I’ve just signed a contract with Fibrus. They’re the polar opposite, local staff, nothing was any trouble

Hello @btbusinesscare I made an order for business broadband in JANUARY and still no service! Communication is horrendous and Openreach should be renamed Outofreach. My business is limping along on a 4G connection and you don’t seem to care one bit. I need answers and urgent help

Why when a customer wants to leave you @bt_uk do you suddenly offer them your best deal? Give them your best deal in the first place. I am working with a lady to help her reduce her bills and she was in tears on the phone to you feeling very confused and pressured.
