Dein Moore (@deingerous1) reported from Stratford, England@bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.

Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk My issue is not that there’s a fault it’s just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if there’s an issue but we’ve not heard a thing from BT.
