@bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

@bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk when is. The broadband going to be fixed? We have been without BB in Riseley/Swallowfield since 7.30 this am. I can get no update on when it will be fixed …which is absurd…simply that then problems are “usually fixed in 24 hours”. “Keeping us connected”?

@bt_uk The fact of the issue is your signing vulnerable people to 2 year contracts when they don't realise there getting ripped off and then not allowing them to cancel. My grandads deaf and can't hear on the phone. These people should be given a get out clause. It's a disgrace

@BTCare It was @TalkTalk who requested end of my BT services directly (I was already out of contract having been a customer for many years). They've left me in a very bad position -no internet service, no option other than to sign up for 24m BT or wait for line to be provisioned for TT

@mr_numbers @bt_uk Haha me too. I pick up the phone and say nothing. They hang up. One did try to say “Hello I am from your network service provider“ but couldn’t tell me which one exactly she worked for. Amazing. Didn’t have time to waste their time today.

@bt_uk Yes he's been in touch - multiple times! Apparently it takes over two weeks to undo your errors. He raised an official complaint but the operator said it would do no good and never be looked at - what's the point of a complaint system then? Anyway, he's off to Vodafone now.
