Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

@bt_uk BT Broadband has the worst service. Engineers were booked in for today but turned up yesterday. And now the next appointment is 20th September. 2 months without Internet (just for an address change). Absolutely appalling.

@bt_uk I’m not very happy. I tried last night to get TV all sports package on to my existing broadband package for £1 for the first 3 months and wouldn’t allow me to do it even after multiple failed attempts. Please help as I would like it but feel cheated out of the offer 😕😔

It’s 2 weeks now, we have no broadband in London home! Hard to imagine but it’s true. Despite by best effort to get service, BT has pushed me to the edge. Many estimated fixed date came and went but no attempt to fix. BT pass the buck to suppliers. Beyond Terrible @bt_uk
