The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

steve platt (@plattste) reported from Ilford, England@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
