Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
