  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • AaronNacey AARON. (@AaronNacey) reported from Barnet, England

@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • hello_klol hello-klol (@hello_klol) reported

@bt_uk disgusted to discover you've been charging my 71 year old father more than £70 per month for an intermittent connection that is mostly below 1MB/s. Since pointing it out I've heard him on the phone to your customer services more than a dozen times only to be fobbed off 😡
