Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?
-
Ridley Road Resident (@RidleyRoad174E8) reported from Hackney, England@ridleyneighbour @bt_uk @networkhomesuk Sorry I have only just seen this. Thanks for your support!
-
Joe Maguire (@Jmaguire2) reported from Hackney, England@btsport commentary has to be the worst thing, they're just talking rubbish. 'not a bad game this' is the least useful comment you could come up with
-
Maddy Goes Mad (@Maddygoesmad) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk is there a problem with WiFi? I can’t connect. Tried trouble shooting but nothing other than a solid orange light.

Ivan Clark (@wobblyclark) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
-
Scott Brindley (@scottyboy1973) reported from Poplar, England@CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice
-
Stuart (@Leytonrocks) reported from Walthamstow, EnglandBayern 0 is good all round ... BtSport commentary was awful
-

-

Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)
-
simon colvin (@Simon_Colvin) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.
-
Martin Warner (@mwarn73) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk you are, without doubt, the most antiquated company there is. I would challenge anyone to come up with a company that is less customer centric than you.
-
V8 Gooner (@GoldenGoonerlg) reported from Ilford, England@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. -
Richard (@sirblackers) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.
-
Johnny Murnane (@Johnny_Murnane_) reported from Islington, England@bt_uk Working now thanks. App on phone, first time customer.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dave Tyrrell (@Dajamaky) reported@bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi we’ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I won’t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your “customer service”
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk BT email not working. Two phone calls, two completely different answers. Still not working
-
Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported@bt_uk Why bother??? You only close them when you don't know how to fix the problems you make!!!
-
Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported@bt_uk Referring someone to Ofcom when you won’t fix your own issues is not a solution
-
Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us
-
fuey (@hongkongfu3y) reported@bt_uk hello BT. I was a BT customer for years but was shifted onto EE. I have a broadband package with them and 2 sim only deals (originated as BT sims) If I change back to BT would I still get the mobile discount with EE being the same as BT or would that change??
-
Tracy Kydd (@injuredcyclist_) reported@bt_uk Phoned that number and still they trying to fix it on a computer but fault is outside need you to send a engineer that can fix that
-
Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?
