But My smart hub 2 has been flashing purple light since 7pm yesterday I have not internet and I’m working from home.

When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs.
