Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

I’ve got a broken baby monitor @AmazonUK @bt_uk, but a perfectly fine camera. And you’re both telling me that I need to return both parts. What’s going to happen to the camera? You won’t answer - will it be scrapped? Why can’t you just send me a new monitor? Want to avoid waste!
