For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

@bt_uk disgusting service from BT, my 80 year old Nan left without a phone line AGAIN this is the 3rd time this month. We can only communicate with her through a ring doorbell, seeing her standing in the cold at 11pm was heartbreaking. Does anybody at BT care? Seems not! HELP!

@bt_uk Yes EE. Reasons ro cancel. In the one day I used it. Tv on WiFi dropped out. WiFi connection lost on phone and difficulty connecting. Rang EE support, no problem with phone. Then problem report of alarm system using WiFi. That along with poor customer service.

@MarcAllera #PhilipJansen your @bt_uk is not providing good service & comes up with all sorts of rubbish excuses! Did not have any issues for over 6 years but @bt_uk can't give a stable internet connection for last few weeks! How hard that can be?
