    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk My name is Mathew not Matthew. There was nothing wrong with my app. There was an issue with your server that you were all blind to. All app users couldn't access it for about five hours today. The server is now back up, but there wasn't an issue so I don't know who fixed it!

    @bt_uk No known issues in our area. Tried restarting her modem, just goes back into the the same light sequence. Mainly orange but goes purple after 2-3mins.

    @bt_uk lacking so much customer service. 4 engineers, 1 new router and still having problems. Call tonight to report and all the caller could do was laugh 😡😡 absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Fed up to the back teeth 😡😡

    Have you guys got an unknown issue for North Yorkshire @bt_uk ? My nans BT Halo modem is just flashing all lights repeatedly. Theres either been no internet access or it drops outs every so often for the past 2 days.I've been round to check wire connections.All okay - Any advice?

    @bt_uk The WiFi is so slow. If my partner is on his computer, we cannot use it where else in the house. If I watch something on the tv, everything else is slow and buffering. Ridiculous for the monthly costd.
