    @bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

    BT WiFi is absolutely horrific. After having issues previously we were advised to get a new BT hub. We did so and now the connection is worse than ever. Abysmal @btbusinesscare

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

    I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭

    @bt_uk my 77yo mum and dad have been without a phone line for 3 months. My mum is involved in many charities and community groups. Cant receive calls due to your incompetence at sorting out the issue. Now been without broadband for a month and promised calls but nobody calls.

    Can anyone recommend a decent company for my mum to get a landline, broadband and TV? @bt_uk are an absolute disgrace. She moved house early Dec then due to mistakes made by BT didn't get connected until mid Jan. BT have now cancelled her service without any warning or reason.
