Marion Pettet 💙 (@MarionPettet) reported from Kelvedon Hatch, EnglandThank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

KP 🇺🇸 (@kylepont) reported from Ilford, EnglandHi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit
-
Jenny Collins (@radioheadjen) reported from Tottenham, England@la_riviere @bt_uk Totally. It’s why I will never feel sorry for the royal family - they’ve never had to deal with a telecoms call centre.
-
Lesley Thompson (@lesleythom) reported from Hackney, England@btsport has the worst commentators, uninformed drivel

-
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, EnglandWell I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.
-
Simon Monger, SCMP (He/Him) (@SimonMonger) reported from Poplar, England@howiejk @bt_uk Most still blame COVID, which I think after two years is a poor excuse.
-
Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?
-
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

-
Julie Winchy Winch (@juliewinch) reported from Bexleyheath, England@bt_uk why has my broadband been so bad for 3 days now !!
-
Paul Kellaway (@pkllwy) reported from Poplar, England@bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported
-
Phil Simon (@LordMontyofWall) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.
-
Sean Kerrigan (@seankerrigan) reported from Ilford, England@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless

-
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
-

-

Richard Pont (@richard_pont) reportedHugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
-
read steel ball run (@booker213) reported@bt_uk How can I check local outages and is there one in the CW8 area? Your website doesn't allow me to view if there's an outage in my area without a login, and the scan your broadband function doesn't work since there's no connection.
-
welshshez (@welshshez81) reported@bt_uk Nothing was sorted only just got off from speaking to your advisor. Sort that app of yours out it's broken more than It works
