@mashead_2000 @bt_uk We’ve had an engineer round today (thanks to the social media team @bt_uk). Whilst the fault is not yet fixed and we are running off the previous owners broadband as the switchover has not yet happened we have, finally, made some progress and got someone to identify the issue.

@bt_uk (3) We are sick of waiting and being ignored. 8 households, most of whom work from home now and NEED a reliable and fast internet service to work and talk with our parents who we are currently not allowed to see. Our current infrastructure isn’t up to it. We need fibre urgently.
