@bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

@bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

I cant believe it, but we’ve reached day 21 without @bt_uk broadband. The resolution team seem to have 0 urgency to fix the problem. Would not recommend BT if you need to work from home / want consistent internet connection.

@bt_uk It's always blue, only the boosters go red. Also our main issue is latency. Which every technician ignores. The latency is so bad it can range 20-3000 in seconds. It does this all day. But none of your technicians know what to do about it or spot it.
