So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@btbusinesscare Does not work - reported our Business line was fine - turns out you have a Nationwide Business Broadband issue with sites having a Static public IP....you have failed to let customers know this is a problem and wasted so much time. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

@bt_uk you guys have got some great offers for black friday, but apparantly i cant get them as im an existing customer. I thought this practice was done away with. Good timing my contract is up in 4 days & sky have black friday offers. Very dissapointed!

@bt_uk yes please - it's a BNR (Bell Not Ringing) fault - the online systems works on basis you need to set engineer to house but nothing to fix here - BT TSO needs to fix at exchange. Tried with two sets of handsets which is why I know fault not here.
