@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Firstly because they’re hopeless and secondly because they are no longer British owned, which wouldn’t matter if they did a good job, they don’t. I have Vodaphone BB, never a problem, speed good, cost low. Runs BB & 1 mobile around £43 a month.

@bt_uk my fibre to the premise has been down since Thursday, it now has a blue light but DL throughput is just 0.04mbps. The whole area is affected, what is going on in the Stirchley/Kings Heath area of Birmingham?!!
