@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

@bt_uk Hey BT I was in the middle of work tonight at around 1230am and lost my broadband connection. Went through troubleshooting. Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

@bt_uk Hi. This has already been done. Openreach said the line is severed. They said BT will fix this but you won't come and look until Tuesday and then you need to apply for nthe council to give a permanent for temporary traffic lights. We may have no connection for weeks

@bt_uk our entire streets broadband is out regardless of provider because of a downed wire. All I get (when i eventually speak to a human) Is you're aware of a major incident but the estimated fix has slipped from last night to tuesday! Been down since Friday lunchtime.

I received a number from @bt_uk to check up on a broadband fault that we’ve had since Fri. It helpfully informed me that there were no faults with any broadband! I’m not expecting miracles but some information on the fault and what’s being done to fix it would be useful!
