  • CFCJae_ J (@CFCJae_) reported from Bromley, England

Was getting charged extra for 3 months and now they’ve changed my login and I can’t get onto it until you email me @btsport

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • bill_banksy Bill Banks (@bill_banksy) reported from Bromley, England

@btsport this is why you will never be as good as @SkySports when you continue to use biased commentators in your matches. #Keown and #Mcmanaman are appalling.

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

20 minutes in a queue for @bt_uk but as the clock strikes 9 they cut you off. Quality customer service........

  • Johnny_Murnane_ Johnny Murnane (@Johnny_Murnane_) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk Working now thanks. App on phone, first time customer.

  • martinTayx Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

  • ManUtd_BITW Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

  • harberlisalfc lisah1974 (@harberlisalfc) reported from Hackney, England

@bt_uk nobody has come back about my complaint that I submitted - guess another one is heading your way

  • ejp72 Liz (@ejp72) reported from Walthamstow, England

@btbusinesscare having intermittent issues with our broadband. Trying to do the online check and it’s taking forever. We had this yesterday as well.

  • bhutch41 Brian Hutchinson (@bhutch41) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

@bt_uk Changed TV deal now getting emails about returning the equipment. Customer service no idea why. ‘Wait until the new deal kicks in and they’ll probably stop’

  • dangregorybfc Dan Gregory (@dangregorybfc) reported from Bromley, England

@bromleyfc @HarrogateTown @btsport Same old @btsportfootball never showing consideration towards the away fans. all televised league games have been away. absolute shambles once again. **** BT sports

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • MPRidsdale Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

  • MikeHead8 Mikey Mike Timebomb (@MikeHead8) reported from Swanley, England

@MashStPaddy @btsport @BarrowAFC @bromleyfc Tv never cares about fans it's just it was never affecting us before .

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • Matboy_Slim Matt the Cab (@Matboy_Slim) reported from Camberwell, England

What ********..... you now gotta shell out to Amazon for Premier league games yet @btsport are trying to sweeten the deal with WWE

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

I remember when @bt_uk had the customer service mantra of Right first time. Seem a long time ago from recent experience.

@bt_uk I've been without broadband since overnight Wednesday/Thursday. I've now spent two and a half hours on the phone with you and I've now been told that no one can help get my broadband back on until Monday. Is there anything you can do to speed things up?

  • Hoof_It_Out Row Z (@Hoof_It_Out) reported

@XboxSupport cannot use the btsport or sky app to steam. Services are working on apple devices. Issues?

  • MattandPhreds Matt and Phreds (@MattandPhreds) reported

@BTCare PLEASE sort the major outage in Manchester City Centre. Both of our business phone lines and internet are down and I’ve just been told it may take until the 9th May to sort… We will miss out on business this weekend as customers won’t be able to contact us. #BTFail

  • Ollie_Davis Ollie Davis (@Ollie_Davis) reported

@MattyTHFC99 @btsport Well thr Championship is on Sky Sports and BT never once stated that as a reason for no lunchtime kick off, which would’ve made a lot of sense if it was!

  • andy_rostron Andy Rostron 🥃☸️🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@andy_rostron) reported

Hey @BTCare (Catherine S is super helpful!) my elderly Dad has a landline through @TalkTalk & they are truly awful. Can I port his account/line & crucially his number to BT? He’s terminally ill and we cannot risk a number change as all family, hospitals & carers have it.

  • dailockyer Dave Lockyer (@dailockyer) reported

@btsport @btsportrugby Someone please go and rescue this poor ref in Edinburgh. Give him a nice cup of tea and a baguette.

  • hoppinghaggis HH (@hoppinghaggis) reported

@bt_uk Not a new property or been recently updated and have just checked, it is def listed on the royal mail site. No other websites have issues with the address. Is there a way to report the fault?

  • only1mrsid mr sid (@only1mrsid) reported

BRILLIANT @bt_uk it has took a month and a half to sort out, upgrading my TV and broadband package, and you have still managed to **** it up. 30 mins on hold today, I eventually gets through to someone only to be batted about like a tennis ball again, and then cuts me off.

  • mush_oi Reverend Mush (@mush_oi) reported

@bt_uk your service is a rip off. I’m paying almost £70 a month for broadband and line and you’ve cut my speed from 30mbps to under 1mbps. How dare you do that. #BBCWatchdog #BBCXRay

  • CodecMoments Codec Moments (@CodecMoments) reported

@bt_uk FTTP connection installed next to my house by Openreach nearly 3 months ago, neighbours been connected by other providers for a while, but I keep getting told it's not available. Been a BT customer for 15 years, is my only option now to move to another service provider?
