  • sirblackers Richard (@sirblackers) reported from Walthamstow, England

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

  • ilopezcard Ingrid Lopez Cardona (@ilopezcard) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

  • JohnnyDowling10 Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reported from Croydon, England

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@btsport I wonder what the fix is?

  • _LannyWalker Lanny (@_LannyWalker) reported from London, England

@btsport If it goes ahead I don’t think BT and Sky will even be offered the rights. Clubs will setup their own subscription service for it, which hopefully no one will sign up to.
