    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

    @bt_uk This is an ongoing major fault since the 19th of April and it’s not a text service kind of problem, we need the fault fixed and an interim solution to be able to get online at home! We’ve been given a mini hub that barely works and we requested a more powerful hub

    Oh the irony... Trying to make a complaint to @Ofcom about my supposed 900mb broadband connection from @bt_uk and I can’t load the website because, you guessed it… my broadband isn’t working!! AGAIN! (Tweeting on 4g btw!)

    @bt_uk BT not to be trusted. Still without internet/landline. Messaged BT on 4th and no response. Customers should get a free upgrade or a dongle if it's taking this long. Awful seevice

    @bt_uk Good morning. Can you advise if there’s a problem in the EH13 area with broadband please. Router suddenly went Orange light around 45 minutes ago. Tried all online help no luck. Is it an area issue and if so when will it be fixed? Thank you.
