    @BTCare OMG BT are an absolute joke. Just rang them and told to press1 to speak to my case manager and they just cut me off twice. Should have known that was never gonna happen.

    @BTCare No the manager was supposed to be giving me that today...was never gonna happen though was it. I rang and complained and was meant to be getting a call again today but 8pm still nothing!

    @BTCare @bt_uk If BT ever tell you a manager will call you don’t expect it to happen. They will call your phone and hang up after 1or2 rings so the number is registered in your phone and say you didn’t answer!! Liars and terrible service.

With the objective of meeting customer needs,there will be a way of finding the archive which will include a virtual engineer looking at everything through my phone.     @BTCare My service was due to switch last week but I had to extend my BT service which was all agreed with yourselves but 4 days later you cut me off. You categorically promised to reconnect me on Sunday and promised to call yesterday to confirm but I’ve had to chase every time.

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
