    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Yay! I’ve got one for you! Why do you think it’s acceptable to force a customer to get Full Fibre broadband and then not connect them for 74 days (and counting)? Then whenever that customer rings for an update they get fobbed off for another 10 days and nothing ever happens?

    @bt_uk in that letter you said this "we're really sorry to see you go so here is your final bill, then you gave a view of his services and stated he stopped his service on 29th September. He didn't stop his service then as he was dead, his widow stopped the service

    @bt_uk Son’s home, engineer needed - no internet until Thursday when someone will be out - dreadful service. So glad I am not with BT.

    @bt_uk Newish phone/broadband customer. Getting 2x emails each month announcing my bill is ready. Both have the same account number - but different BT ID's. Slightly confusing! Thankfully only being billed once! Can this be cleaned up easily?

    @bt_uk Broadband has been off since the 19th September- 4 engineer visits later still no resolution. Closed the fault mid repair and still charging us for the service. We need help?

    @mike_privett @bt_uk The problem is how the Broadband gets to the property. The last bit for us is fibre, but much of it is old copper cable, hence the appalling service (considering we live on the edge of a large town).
