@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@lorrainemking @bt_uk I rarely complain at length when **** like this happens. I give them a chance to redeem themselves, if they don’t, I then give someone else my money! Had two small issues with Asda - they failed to respond. I reckon they’ve lost at least £50k in weekly shop spent over 10 yrs!

@bt_uk as disgusting as govt. thought was normal, but they make my download for 20mins take 5 days at 20hrs instead Throttling on purpose. @rishisunak @BorisJohnson need fine+tax all ISP’s. Loss of many working days. They do this for over 12yrs. UK never moves forward, only back.

Got to love when you get an email from the @bt_uk local business team about the ISDN/PSTN switch off.. multiple calls, then an email starting "As an existing customer".. client hasn't had any voice circuits that are used as voice for 15 years, they are on their 3rd VoIP system
