.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. So @bt_uk sent a new router but the Internet still cuts off multiple times a day, rang them up and they told us, well it just happens, you'll have to live with it. Also want £280 to cancel the contract, so we can go with another ISP to have working Internet.

@bt_uk @BTCare BT Wi-Fi is terrible it improved for about 2 weeks after I threatened to leave bt now it’s so bad I need to tether my iPad to my mobile hotspot and use mobile data just to watch a 4 minute YouTube video! Utter **** service!

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport @ChampionsLeague I cancelled my subscription because there’s a 5 second sound delay each time I watch a match. Otherwise it’s great viewing but £25 per month for an out of sync sound isn’t worthit. I understand others have the same problem in the BT forums I’ve searched.

@UtdMiII @bt_uk 10 hours? Our Internet has been almost nonexistent for over a week. BT are the worst provider in the UK, plus their customer service is the worst I've seen. They be like we'll call you back. They don't call back and we call back and they say they have no record of us calling.
