For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@berenyi_miki @bt_uk Lived in Catford 99-01 & a food outlet must have had a similar no. I'd get calls from a man with broken English repeating "Ali? I got fish". Despite my protests he didn't understand he had the wrong no. Eventually I said 'great, bring it round.' Never heard anything after that.

@bt_uk I have been on the phone to support about my account and not accessing BT Cloud. I was put on extended hold, then the line dropped. Then I was talking to a second agent - call dropped phone me 07540635713!
