    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @bt_uk your complaints service is shocking. Wait 5days for someone to phone, for them not to be able to help and then close your complaint even when you ask them not too. No complaints team either. Multiple issues and no one seems to be able to do anything!

    @bt_uk How do I make a formal complaint about being mis sold a product for your own financial gain ? Really not happy and feel I have really been taken advantage of just to make your advisors job a little easier . Being overcharged on products even though I rang only 2 weeks ago

    @bt_uk totally unacceptable service from BT! I am still making numerous phone calls after EE selling a BT business account & not informing me that my residential side would be cancelled with charges of £215, £428 & £461 for ending early?? Can't get BT to answer phone now either!
