For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Well, biggest thanks to @bt_uk. Who have essentially ruined Christmas! Can’t see my family over the holidays and now I’ll have no internet either. So no games,TV, streaming and no FaceTime with family! Not to mention the gifts that rely on WiFi. Worst company ever!
