Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk They have been, I have had to call them daily at least once since Friday. You consistently over promise & fail to deliver & don’t update the customer. Official complaint raised. The weak link is between BT & Open reach. Specialists in failure. Do customers matter?
