.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @NEEZU5 @bt_uk That’s the stage I’m at too, everything has been set up, twice. There’s a fault at the box, but they can’t get up the pole because there’s cars parked near it. “Cars parked to close to the pole, health and safety, mate. Plus, I’m out of time” **** off.

@KulganofCrydee @bt_uk ..Then we had a fault because the features like Caller Display that we pay for all disappeared and I had to get BT to fix that. Landline users are mostly older and not technically minded, how on Earth can BT expect them to deal with all this without help?

Of course - as they always do - @BTCare will maintain they don’t have an issue with email spam. They do. An explosion to 147 emails over the last 7 days, up from a handful each week. I’m thankful I no longer pay for their email services.
