    @BTCare Had an engineer booked in for yesterday and failed to show. Spoke to customer services who claimed that the order was never confirmed with the engineer and it was just a ‘Dummy Date’ even though I have had three emails confirming the date! Not a happy new customer

    Great. Told by @bt_uk support staff I’ll get a call by 1PM today. Chase via @BTCare at 3PM to be told the call can be anytime up to 9PM. Plus the Broadband I’m paying for STILL DOESN’T WORK. Love the lies and misinformation whenever I contact BT support. #CrapService

    @BTCare Residential. Broadband dropping due to noisy line, worse in wet weather. Had same issue numerous times in the past, each time supposedly resolved.

    @All4 Is there a problem with Episode 5 of ‘Before We Die’? It keeps on killing our @BTCare @YouViewSupport box. It has all the pre-roll ads as usual but then goes to black to load the show, stays black, then renders the box completely unusable & in need of a restart. Any ideas?
