Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk Their name is intentionally deceptive, and they target this area far too frequently. My concern is for neighbours who are older/vulnerable, and may be less able or minded to resist a doorstop pitch. This is an awful method of promoting your services, and sullies the name of BT.

Not very often on here are companies given the recognition for when things go well. I dripped on here about the service that @bt_uk provide. To their credit they have been in contact, sent an engineer and resolved an issue I was having. Cheers👍🏻
