@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk hi, my elderly disabled housebound mother in law has a fault with her house phone line, been told it can’t be fixed until 3rd of Jan. She is very frail due to a stroke, and prone to falls, so her house phone is only way to alert help. Can anything be done quicker please?
