Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

@bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!

@bt_uk is rubbish. Would never recommend to anyone. Won't let us move from them even tho our contract is over and cancelled the direct debit so no WiFi got payed and now I've payed it, it still hasn't turned on. They are useless over the phone also.
