I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

There was nothing further they could/would do.
