You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
