You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.
