  @GrahamH36921247 @John210750 @bt_uk I was switched to EE from BT(no choice given) &they've been fine.However,new prices look awful and as at end of contract considering a switch. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
