You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.

Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
