I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

@bt_uk my 86 mum has had no landline for a week now in Bexleyheath no help from BT disgusting how BT treat the elderly. My mum relies on her landline it’s causing her great stress, BT said fault would be fixed by Thursday but still no landline.
