@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk I don't need it. I just called to get a 5G sim card and had to renew my broadband so the girl said she was sending out a wi-fi disc and was quite "passionate" about me having a tech expert set it up. I did say I didn't need it, but in the end it was easier to cancel online. 1/2

@bt_uk But that section won't load on your website. In fact the mobile section for products under "My BT" won't load either, with the same error message and that has been like that for days now? Anyway, yeah need to cancel please :)
