  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

  @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

  @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
