@bt_uk Issue is not resolved. Bt have placed another order for Internet and they have said we should have Internet by June 2nd. But this is the 6th time they have said and done this. We was meant to have Internet on the 10th of May!

@bt_uk Unless you want to watch iPlayer when you have to use a mini hub as your broadband is down. Works for 5-10 minutes then crashes the hub. Every single time, and BT don't have a fix for it. Poor

@BBCWatchdog hi, @bt_uk have proper messed our broadband connection up, disconnected us without our knowledge & now we are struggling to get our services back up & running. For a communications co. they’ve been awful. People rely on internet like electricity & water.
