    Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

    @BTCare . @bt_uk @BTCare Yea there’s no known issues in my area. Just your support sucks and gives bad suggestions for fixes. Suggesting changing WiFi settings because the hub can’t connect to _your_ network doesn’t make sense and wastes time

    @BTCare I am having trouble resolving an incorrect bill issue, I have been promised a call back twice by your call centres with the resolution but no one calls. The payment is due to be taken by DD on 21st July. If this isn’t resolved by tomorrow I will be cancelling the DD.

    Hey @BTCare when someone makes a complaint that hasn’t been resolved do you really need to send this? Line was installed wrong, you told me I had to complain to openreach as you can’t do it for me even though you’re my service provider. Why would I tell someone else to use you?

    @bt_uk confused! Drooping line off towards pole. No faults on line, may not even be our wire so no point telling provider. Responsible citizen etc so report to BT Openreach but not interested! I assume have to wait until low enough for neighbourhood kids to hang themselves!

    @btbusinesscare Hello, no there’s been no calls. They have been communicating with me via email for the past 3 weeks which has worked well as it means the land line isn’t clogged up. But then despite emailing 3 times no reply. So frustrating! Terrible communication from a communication company.

    @bt_uk It's working but it's really crackly, like a radio with bad signal. When playing my Xbox I get kicked offline every time the phone rings as well. This specific problem hasn't happened before, but we have had weeks in the past where the wifi keeps dropping.
